Let the snide childish schoolyard attacks begin guys. You know that you wish any one of your lame clown car occupants had the skills, the experience, the popularity, and the poise that Hillary Clinton has on the campaign trail. Democrats brought us the first black president and now they will bring us the first female president because they actually believe in diversity not the illusion of inclusion that the GOP fosters. The female vote alone will sink your chances of ever winning this next election. So have it all you want with your silly cartoons and your rewriting of history and even your Monica Lewinsky jabs but don't forget how to say Madam President.

    Clinton 2016 and hopefully Clinton/
    Warren 2016

Hillary Clinton Starts 2016 Race Better Positioned Than 2008

In 2007, Hillary Clinton entered the race for the democratic presidential nominationwith a strong lead over her potential Democratic opponents. She had promising favorable ratings, and polls touted her as the likely winner.

Eight years later, the former first lady, New York senator and secretary of state is setting out to make history again with a second attempt at the presidential nomination. Again, she enters the race with high favorable ratings and a strong leadover any other potential opponent. Yet the difference this time seems to be that Clinton leads nationally as well as in Iowa and New Hampshire, with far wider margins in a far less competitive field.

Early polls are not always a good determinant of who will ultimately win the race, but they provide good insight. Often, those who start off strong tend to finish strong, though they do not always necessarily become the winner.

Clinton today looks fairly similar to Clinton in 2008, except the gap is much wider between her and any of her 2016 potential opponents. According to the poll trend averages reported by Pollster.com, between Jan. 1 and April 12, 2007, Clinton led the national Democratic field with around 35 percent of the vote, and Barack Obama came in 13 points behind her with roughly 22 percent.

In the current election cycle, HuffPost Pollster, which aggregates all publicly available polls on elections, finds that Clinton leads with 60 percent of the vote during the same time frame, Jan. 1 to 12, 2015. Her next potential rivals, Vice President Joe Biden and Sen. Elizabeth Warren, come in 48 points behind, with 12 percent of the vote. (Neither Biden nor Warren has announced any intention to run.) A March 2015 Pew study also found broad support for Clinton among Democrats and showed that her recognizability is unmatched compared to other potential candidates; only Biden came close.

Although where Clinton stood nationally then and now has significance, when looking at who will win the nomination, Iowa and New Hampshire hold much greater weight. The states are the first caucus and primary of the election season, and they often set the tone for the rest of the nation. State-level data for Iowa and New Hampshire tends to be scarce in the early months of the primary, but a look at what is available is still useful.

    Iowa 2008:
At the start of 2007, from January to April, Clinton was second to John Edwards in the Iowa caucus with slightly less than 20 percent of the vote, according to results from Pollster.com. John Edwards continued to hold on to the lead in the first part of 2007, while Clinton grew to be more competitive as the race advanced. Obama pulled ahead in the last quarter and went on to win with 38 percent of the vote to Clinton's close 30 percent.

(yawn). Who couldn't have seen this coming? It's a non-story. But, what makes Hillary think Democrats are going to like her better this time around? They dropped her like a hot potato last time and that was against a no-name, one-term senator with no accomplishments to his credit. She was even running on the Clinton name and all the scandalous baggage attached to it, but at least she was known. This time, most of the younger generation just know her as a nearly-70-year-old hag who doesn't know how to use e-mail. Good luck. You'll need it if you have to drag out and prop up some has-been from the early 1990's.

I figured all you had was childish name calling. Maybe you can explain why she polls ahead of the entire weak field of Republican misfits. Is she just that good or is the clown car a little low on fuel this time around? Either way, you're in for a blood bath in 2016.

Simple. She is a the single candidate the Democrats have and she has high name recognition (good and bad). The Republicans vote is split among 20 some candidates none of whom have the name recognition Hillary does. It almost sounds like the 2008 Democratic primary. Hillary had the name recognition, but someone else won, didn't he.

Head-to-head with any single GOP candidate, Clinton wins by a minimum of 11% points. That's 11% points at a minimum in case you missed it. She is very popular outside of the Right wing bubble. Come on out some time and see.

The national polling doesn't matter, the state by state polling does. and right now Rand Paul would win more electoral votes just based on the states he's polling ahead of her in. Pennsylvania, Iowa, Ohio, Colorado, North Carolina, Florida, Maine, and about tied in Virginia and New Mexico. add that to all of the typical red states, and you've got a winner: http://www.270towin.com/2016_election_predictions.php?mapid=bKFI

The only problem for Rand is that he has to win the GOP primaries first, here's what a Jeb Bush vs. Hillary Clinton map would look like:

    Scott Walker vs. Hillary Clinton:

    Any Republican vs. Bernie Sanders:

I guess those poll mean about as much as they did in 2007.
Poll Shows Clinton With Solid Lead Among Democrats

By a wide margin, Democrats view Sen. Hillary Clinton (N.Y.) as the party's candidate best positioned to win the general election, and she holds a double-digit lead over Sen. Barack Obama (Ill.) in the race for the nomination, according to a new Washington Post-ABC News Poll.

Sorry, Little Joe, but you're looking at a failure in a pantsuit. Her time has passed. She may have stood a chance back in 2007, but that was almost 10 years ago and even then she was past retirement age. Now, she's just pathetic. I guess there may be one last gasp from the old mare, but compared to the vibrant field of Republicans, she's yesterday's news. But, who else do you have? Actually, I couldn't be more pleased that Hillary is the anointed Democratic nominee. She has her name (for what that's worth), but nothing else.

Says the same guy that couldn't even name one of a multitude of professional accomplishments Clinton already has under her belt and now thinks anyone should listen to his blathering and bleating. I'm sure that you'll vote for any loser that floats to the top of the Right wing cesspool like the largest lightest turd manages to surface to the top in a sewer filled with excrement. Yeah, you're the source people should listen to alright. When crap grows wings and flies up your ass.

LOL. It's rather difficult to come up with accomplishments for someone who doesn't actually have any accomplishments. But, I'm sure you'll try to come up with something. Anyway, is Hillary your first choice? If so, why? If not, why not? If she's the nominee, will you vote for her?

Sure, why not add yet another failure to the ticket? Or, better yet, how about Michael Dukakis? He's not much older than the Hilderbeast. Hell, why not Jimmuh Cahtuh?

As long as the Democrats are dragging out tired, old has-beens, why not Geraldine Ferraro? Yeah, she's dead, but even today, she still makes more sense than the Hilderbeast. If they don't want to prop Ferraro up, they could always go with John Edwards since he was such a marvelous candidate. They might even drag Al Gore out for one last dog-and-pony show. I still think a Michael Dukakis-Jimmuh Cahtuh ticket would be the best. How about it, you ignorant Democrat/Socialist nazis? What do you think about a Dukakis-Cahtuh ticket? You really don't want to elect yet another president from The South, do you? Or... do you?

They could always run Ken Hetchler, the 101 year old former representative from West Virginia. I also hear David Duke might consider a run, If they want an 80-something year old KKK leader to be president.
