Lucky guy. Wish I had some of those biggie slabs. Why post on PL instead of the site with much more traffic?
It's just because of the angle of the light. All three look flawless and lustrous in hand. I was moving the camera around to keep the shadow away.
You're right! We should rename all those schools, too. Please don't feel obligated to drift into politics if you don't want to. It's certainly not a requirement.
I moved all my PMs to my sisters while I sell my house. The only things I find now are things I forgot I had. If I find some, I'll certainly post. A while back, I found four (4) uncut sheets of 2003 $2 bills. I completely forgot I had them.
What do you think about the holders? I tend to prefer having each coin slabbed individually but in certain cases I like the multi-coin holder (it works well for something like a proof or SMS set which naturally goes together).
Like you say. in this case they're very nice. I love them! They would be nice for any grade-matched proof set. They're nicely stackable.
One of the better items to come out of the mint in the 21st century (I should have picked one up originally or before spot started increasing).
I bought one right when they came out $1100) and another near the end ($1500). It could be $1195 and $1595...I just remember the 11 and 15.
