Worshipping the Pope of Rome IS idolatry anyway! When Romanists say that they are praying to 'God',they are in fact praying to the Devil as well as to the Pope of Rome.

You should read the Book of Revelation,as it contains a reference to the Lake of Fire,which is what Hell is.

The word 'Hell' is derived from the Hebrew word 'Sheol',which means that Hell is an ancient Jewish idea,not Greek or Roman at all.

Speaking as a Catholic, I can assure you that I have never heard nor has it ever been suggested that we worship the Pope, so to suggest oherwise is a down right lie!
I know several of us have discussed staying out of any discussion that involves this idiot but I just wanted to clear up this bit of misinformation he is spreading- Most stupdity comes from bad information as Aidan has just proven.

I am a member of the Anglican Church.I happen to be in agreement with Archbishop Peter Akinola,who is the Primate of the Anglican Church of Nigeria.He did the right thing in pressing the Nigerian Government to not only recriminalise homosexuality,but also to make the forming of 'gay rights' organisations a crime that carries a penalty of 5 years inprisonment.

Archbishop Peter Akinola is a true Christian who calls a spade a spade.Even some American dioceses & parishes have seceded from the Episcopal Church of the U.S.A. (who should be expelled from the Anglican Communion,along with the abominations that call themselves the 'Anglican Church of Canada') to join up as overseas branches of the various Anglican Provinces in Africa,especially Kenya,Nigeria,& Uganda.
