If you understand what the hell that is trying to convey, you have a future as the Preferred World Interpreter.

Until then you are correct. So.....What?

    WADEESAYWADEESAY????

Well you certainly don't disappoint. I take it you don't like chocolate or deem it to be unnecessary. Yes I know they already grow cocoa in Hawaii.

Better than the continued economic destruction, but the chaos of his flip-flopping has lasting damage

I will make the mental leap that your previous commentary and your present reply, were and are intended to be satirical. If I am correct, good job.

Interesting.....47 governments have responded with negotiation requests. It would appear that POTUS TRUMP is not first in line to loosen the Tighty Whiteys, and is responding with a 90 day pause (?) for the World governments to consider their best and final.....i.e. switch to boxer shorts.... Made In The U.S.

BTW, Mr. Diamond is a hypocrite, and is still playing the LOOKATME Card he used in the selling of America he and Powell and Et Al foisted on the People with the phony debt scheme "necessary" ( in his and their opinion) to "save" The People from their own ignorance.

There is no more accomplished self-serving Wall Street Greed Practitioner, than he.

Incredible, apparently that headline was fake. Markets believed it though, and that's what you get when you rule by chaotic decree.

The lamestream duped you again, GW. Learn who to trust, will you?

We can forget about you leaving behind the fabrication and conjecture, you seem to be looking for it wherever you can find it.

Yeah, I'm sure some liberal weasel just made a fortune in ill-gotten gains on a planted rumor and well-timed trades. The SEC will catch up with that one . . .

Based in the fact there isn't enough commercially viable agricultural US idle capacity to fill the void of cocoa imports. Especially when you add coffee, bananas, rubber, mangos, peppercorns and etc. to the mix. Puerto Rico, South Florida and Hawaii agriculture well get overwhelmed fairly quickly.

You are presenting Procrastination as a reason for your position.
    Why?

Your thoughts are unreasonable denial of the inevitable consequences of continuing a failed result of offered Good Will and international Trade.

The U.S. imports trade deficit this past year was $1.2 Trillion.

The U.S. Imports from other countries averages $350-400 Billion a year.

I am certain you glean the issue.

The U.S. is the Buyer to the World.

Is the U.S. not capable of producing the Goods and services purchased from other Countries? Of course it is.

Then why import from other Countries/Governments, if foreign Countries/Governments do not recognize equality of economic Good Will?

Fair market value will catch up with them. Admittedly, it will take a while, but it will.

I saw him say that... it needs workshopping. The guy used to be legitimately funny and creative with his branding and insults, but it was pretty clear in the last election he'd lost the passion for it.

Just a thought! One does not require tariffs to protect, lets say car manufacturing.
During the 50s/ 60s. most every car on the road was US built/ designed. Back then you could ID every car by its distinctive looks. What happened?
Well, govt. starting making insane rules. so as a result by 1973, no more chrome bumpers, no more performance, quality.
Thus/ foreign cars from Japan/ Germany/ Korea/ even that ulgy Lada from USSR.
The US Govt. + the wackos at Ford/ Chev/ Chrysler caused the decline. Look at my 58 475HP vette, compared to that bland/ gutless 240HP 74 vette. Easy to see why.

Under Playground Rules, since there are no definitive replies to my targeted suggested questions, only blahblah stuff, then I win.

Look, I am as fair as the next person, but it is not fair to entirely avoid the Rule (and as a side note, I deserved a hell of a lot of likes on every one of my comments and I am considering other options accordingly).

Next time, if I am not properly recognized favorably for my superior comments (which of course is all of them on any subject), there will be wailing and gnashing of teeth and villagers marching at Midnight with torches and pitchforks in retaliation.

    I have friends, you know....

On the subject of Vettes, it is becoming as annoying as cat photos on CT, and enough is enough.

It is bad enough a Canadian is allowed to own a Vette, anyway. It should not be legal.

Truth in editing: added a "." where appropriate, and an "e" where appropriate but that is ON me.
