Maybe in the next life. You decide where you will be in 1435 days. But it sure won't be anything involving shopping or being alive.

 

Let's analyze this shall we?

"Maybe in the next life". Hmmm... that indicates life to me which obviously counters the statement "But it sure won't be anything involving shopping or being alive." If one has a next life then it would reason that one is alive.

"You decide where you will be in 1435 days." Well, it won't be Christmas shopping that's for sure. I HATE Christmas shopping.
Now let me ask you this oh wizened one - where do you plan to be in 1435 days? How, oh how, are you preparing us?

Please spout some words of divine Mayan wisdom. Where shouuld I be? In the bathroom taking (or is it leaving?) a dump? Perhaps my last and most satisfying bowel movement?

For the members of the studio audience start laying odds for Isaiah welshing on the bet if he's anywhere to be found in late 2012.

Of course he could deny the bet with some cheesy excuse. Would say a lot about the "facts" as he has laid them out now wouldn't it?

 

That is a classic song, but it reminds me too much of the Vietnam war, maybe it was because it was used in Apocalypse Now.

 

There will be no bet. I assume neither you nor I will have those sort of funds any time soon. If I did I would though. The world will end on the 21st of December, 2012. That's AN UNDENIABLE REALITY. There would be no point in betting as there would be no exchange of funds because neither of us will be around at that period of time. I wish for you to stick around on this forum. We can discuss this constantly. I will be starting an eternal goodbye thread on the 20th of December of 2012. There's no way of getting around the facts that the Mayans have presented us with. The world will end then. There is nothing that we can do but appreciate our next 1345 days on this glorious earth. You'll see, you'll all see. You'll all be thanking me from the grave.

Isn't it amazing that we happen to be alive for the end of the world? I mean, we are just blips in the history of the world but somehow our particular blip of time is when the world ends. Amazing coincidence. Gotta be longer odds than winning the lotto.

 

These fools have been predicting the end of the world since the beginning. They have their heads stuck up their ends alright.

 

Well they are all correct. The world is going to end, and the more intuitive of us (99.99999999999999999999999999% of which are democrats, people who don't listen to Rush Limbaugh) have realized this since the beginning of time.
