Yeah, we need to free workers from the people that represent them and subjugate them to those that would and have exploited them. Brilliant. What the hell are you talking about? I respect workers and I want them to be able to work for whatever they think they're worth and someone is willing to pay. Like you, my hat's off to those workers who shower after working. It was people like this woman who made this country what it is today. I hate the people who built this country? Wrong again! Gee, you are one of the best I've ever encountered at being wrong. I respect the workers enough to want to see them unshackled from forced submission to the almighty union & the forced payment of dues that only serve to make the union's mgmt. richer and fund far left political causes. I think a worker deserves enough respect to earn his pay based on his ability & his own choices.
Why do "workers" need any thanks? IMO, the best "thanks" for an honest hard-working American is the paycheck we get. I can only speak for myself of course, but to me, honest work = honest pay, and it's not heroic it's just what we do and there's nothing at all wrong with any of that.
Can you really be that naive? I mean even given the long, long well-documented history of dangerous, abusive, exploitative practices employers have been willing to subject workers to only to increase their own profits, you still think that workers are better off with no leverage in the work place, no voice in worker safety, and no one to stand with them in a dispute with an abusive employer nor in wage negotiations? WOW! How far behind can slavery and indentured servitude be for those workers you pretend to care about? Sure, you care about them as long as they never speak up, well, then they are just thugs. Go up against a large corporation for making you work 12 hour days 6 days a week regardless of your own plans or child care needs without representation sometime, see how far you get.
You know times have changed in the last 100 years. You might try catching up to the rest of us. Like you have said, the Republicans now control the South instead of the Democrats/KKK.
