    Is Donald Trump a "hater"?

Yes, Trump is very angry, but this has gone on for three and a half years, and it should not have happened at all. The Democrats should have accepted the results of the 2016 election.

Historically I might compare it to the situation with Andrew Johnson (1865 to '69) whom a lot of liberals have to hate. I think Johnson really wanted to enact Lincoln's comment about the South, "Let 'em up easy." The trouble is you had the racists in the South who wanted to continue de facto slavery and the Radical Republicans in the North who were interested in the political advantage mixed with the carpet baggers who were looking for economic opportunties. Johnson had a bad temperment, but his opponents were not innocent either. The Tenure of Office Act, for which he was impeached, was unconstitutional.

I support Trump's approach to the economy. Sometimes I wish that he could ignore his critics, who will never treat him fairly. Perhaps he should use an "official attack dog" who could go after them.

Still they wave the red cape in front of the bull, like that question the Chinese woman asked him a few days ago. She went into that wanting to be offended. As Trump said, it was "a nasty question," not too different from being asked, "Have you stopped beating the First Lady?" and she got what she wanted.

Sure I am. You've said this before and lied then too. You constantly lie. I'm sure you're lying again. All you do is lie, lie, lie.

You racist prick. The reporter came to this country when she was 2. Weijia Jiang is an Asian American NOT a "Chinese woman".

P.S. I love being on your ignore list. :)

I've gotta sidetrack. Can you do a play-by-play of how the reporter baited him into saying something that comes off racist?

Also, I love the bull analogy. Fitting for him...

Trump didn't make it about race, the reporter did. Watch the whole reel and try to tell me how it's any different than that.

BTW, you only make yourself look like a damn fool when you call someone a racist prick. You piss in your pants when someone stoops to name calling, but have no problem slinging all that mud yourself. You hypocritical fuck head.

Do you not watch the news? It’s been on networks on both sides repeatedly. Are you trying to play “gotcha!” with me?

However, here is her initial question are the risk of paraphrasing.

“With people continuing to die, how can you brag about of the number of tests that the United States has conducted?”

How do you answer that accusatory question?

Trump’s response was, “Why don’t you ask China? You might be surprised by their response.”

She lowered her mask and asked Trump why he came after her.

He called it a “nasty question.”

What you would call it? “Have you stopped beating the First Lady?” The tone of the two questions was the same.

She was looking for a confrontation.

Okay, but China was such a random place to take that question. It had literally nothing to do with it other than she is Chinese.

Like, in what world does asking China why Trump feels the need to brag about numbers (that aren't even worth bragging about) make sense?

He followed up by saying China would give a very unusual answer to her. No need, we already got a super unusual answer from him.

    Really dude?

    Where did the virus start?

Are you that dense, or are you playing us?

Go on then, please tell me how exactly the answer "ask china" logically makes sense as an answer to "why are you bragging about numbers when people are dying?"

Or are you really saying he's such a moron he's allowed to deflect any question he doesn't like by saying "China" since the disease started there?

    “Where did the virus start?”

Did you read that simple sentence? China started this virus, covered up the severity and contagiousness of the virus and then allowed Chinese to fly around the world after they ended travel within their own borders. The crisis we are now facing has been made much worse by China.

What part of this are you unable to understand?

I give up! That was Trump’s question.

I don’t appreciate the way you have played me here.

I thought this language was “unduly impolite” until this dishonest individual wasted my time tonight. He deserves it. If he wants people to debate him and treat him with respect, he needs to reciprocate.

I call it like I see it, sometimes can be very brash and, absolutely, some people do deserve it. I don't dance around subjects like Gene or ignore facts like Joe. As I stated previously and will continue to, I live very much in the real world. My patience grows thin when conversing with people that seem so far removed from reality and common sense. This is the crux of it all. A huge part of this country believe in our president because they can relate to him from this angle. He might not be super savvy or portray a high intelligence, but he has a ton of common sense (street smarts) and calls it like he sees it.

You live in very real small town Minnesota. Funny enough, I live in the real big town Minnesota, Minneapolis.

Sorry I prefer a president that is conventionally intelligent ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

If Obama is so intellegent, why did he hide his college records?

Obama is finished as a president. I would rate him as mediocre. You probably think that he is at least “near great” despite the fact that he didn’t deliver on as much of your program as you would have liked.

I had to laugh. A couple of months after Obama took office in 2009, “U.S. News and World Report” ran a story on the ten greatest presidents. Aside from Lincoln, no president who served before 1900 made the list, not even George Washington. They actually had to gall to rate Obama as #9 or #10, I forget which one it was.
    Really?

The guy has been in office for two months, and you think that he is one of the 10 greatest presidents of all time? Talk about going into a story with a pre-conceived bias!

The only thing that was sillier was awarding him the Nobel Peace Prize before he had done anything except get elected. That really tarnished the award in my opinion. It’s the Nobel Peace Prize for a lifetime of achievement, not politics.
