In 1965, James Baldwin debated William F. Buckley at Cambridge University, England on the resolution...
"The American Dream has been achieved at the expense of the American Negro."

How about just relaxing and enjoy hearing voices and thoughts from 56 years ago? You might hear something you like. ;)

This famous debate from 1965 discusses the very issues being discussed today. I think you'll like the discussion...if you ever took the time to listen. The unwillingness of the Left to listen to anything tells me everything I need to know about you, JN, and Clembo.

There are two (2) types of Democrats...those duped by the circular logic of Marxists, or Marxists themselves. It doesn't take too much interaction to distinguish one from the other. Marxists are pure evil.

    Redding, California CNN —
Donald Trump sought to tout his support among African-Americans on Friday by pointing out a black man in the crowd and calling him “my African-American.”

“Oh, look at my African-American over here. Look at him,” Trump said. “Are you the greatest?”

So your guy gets a pass for his 49+ years of obvious racist positions, statements and policies that he voted for because he is now suffering from end stage Alzheimer’s? Hell, even his low intellect and wildly unpopular VP called him out. Remind us again about the exact year the Dixiecrat switch happened.

Doesn't anyone want to discuss the points put forth in the 1965 debate?

You’ll never get a substantial conversation from any of the members from the other side, as you have seen here and across this site. Buckley was a brilliant individual, of course I’m just talking to the choir.

can't we do less for blacks? after all without the freedom to die in the gutter we're all really just slaves.

Yes we can. We can encourage them to move out of the Democrat run S-hole cities they live in.
