I guess, he seems to be clueless, for one US does not import oil/ gas from Russia. So, if he had not noticed, world oil prices are in a steep decline. Second, Trump now has access the to vast Venezeulan reserves, so prices at pumps will fall more with time. Then he also gloated that sanctions/ embargos will not hurt Russian economy. Well Kirill, why don't you ask average Russians how they feel about current economic conditions. Of course he is filthy rich, and has no idea.
