When you have an Open Public Forum, such as Cointalk or this one and you have rules and one of your Mods deletes a member's post or a thread, without due process, and the post does not violate the rules, when the member is speaking in a private message with the Athoritarian Figure that deleted your post, the member that was just violated can call the violator a violator and what werds you use to call them a violator are not covered in the rules, since the Public Forum rules do not apply to private messages! The rules say that so called bad werds cannot be used PUBLICLY but a private message is not Public, so private messages are not covered in the rules. Duh! Furthermore, in my forum post, I said verbatim: "s-werd" "f-werd" I said those two hypenated werds in my post, not the actual bad werds and not phonetic spellings of bad werds either, which the rules say phonetic spellings are not allowed, yet your Mod said I cannot say the 2 hypenated werds above, yet I see Doug said them in the Rules but did not say we could not use the same werds Doug was using. If you don't want us using references to werds we can't use, then please say it but until you do say it, you didn't say it and to hold someone accountable for a rule that doesn't exist, how do we even know what werds we can use? How? You have the censorship button toggled, Peter, and you have a dictionary of werds that are not allowed and if you use one of them, they are masked, yet, as you can see, those 2 werds above are not masked, thus, they are not in the bad werd dictionary, thus, they are not bad werds as per the rules and when you falsely accuse someone of something, like that Mod did me, that's known as defamation of character. I've been accused of wrong doing and I did no wrong! When a Mod deletes the Creation of another, based on their own personal interpretation of the rules and without due process, they are open to be sued and since Mods are an arm of the Owner of the forum, the Owner is opened to be sued and I clearly read in the rules that Cyber Bullying is not allowed on Cointalk but I see that does not apply to the Mods, nor Doug or Peter. Peter & Doug, I would recommend you read my thread that got me banned and see that your idiot Mod needs to go back to skewl! You people banned me without Due Process and that constitutional protection does apply to online public forums, whether you think it does or not! And what did the ban message say? "You have been banned for the follwoing reason: language, calling moderator names, refusal to obey a moderator." I would like to know how it is possible to DISOBEY a moderator in a PRIVATE MESSAGE, after that Mod has already deleted your PUBLIC FORUM post/thread? That is stupid! Who wrote that ban message? Am I going to get in trouble now for calling Stupid, stupid? There's no other name for it, since there was nothing to disobey, since the thread was deleted already. Duh! Plus, Peter & Doug, look at my Worthpoint thread and notice what everyone has missed? A new Boyne variety has shown up on Cointalk and who is the discoverer? Plus, it's Irish and a Penny!!!! Also, the Cointalk forum software sucks, Peter! Not much is working correctly! Plus, you banned me for Private Messages, not for my post because you won't be able to find one single violation of the rules in my thread that was deleted and although deleted, Axciom already has a copy that can be certified and then used in a court of law as evidence!!!! I did not violate the rules! I violated the OPINION of your Mod! WTF? Cyber Bullying is a criminal offense, if you didn't know it? Ribbit
Ps: When I used the werds f-werd and s-werd, I was talking about logic and not using those werds as replacement killers.
In the 81st Federalist, Hamilton said the states are free from every restraint EXCEPT that which FLOWS from GOOD FAITH. That concept fully applies to the people! You should take a copy of my thread to your lawyer, along with copy of the rules and ask them if I violated the rules and also ask them if the Owner of a forum is libel for their Mod's actions, when the Mod's actions qualify as Malice? Also. your Mod started the argument with his opening werds in his first message. Your Mod started it! Ribbit
FWIW, this is a private forum. The owner/moderator can operate it as they wish. If they wanted to ban you because you have too many D's in you name, they could do so and completely legally. And they could have all the malice they wanted.
I tend to agree with rlm's comment....minus the "malice" part. It's a small difference in opinion, but it's still a good point.
"The owner/moderator can operate it as they wish." Does that not include with malice? Maybe a bit more controversial, but my guess is they could exclude all unmarried non-whites and it would still be legal. It is a PRIVATE website. BTW, I would be interested in Peter's comment on the unmarried non-white thing.
I'm sure Pete understands the concept of malice. Everyone's free to make their own decisions. Just beware of getting burned by those decisions, by learning how to make the right decisions.
I am still trying to figure out just what he is talking about! I for one do not have the ability to read any private messages other than those that are sent to me, therefore wouldn't be able to delete such messages except my own. Also this is not CoinTalk and Doug never visits these pages to the best of my knowledge. As for removing posts If I do so I tell you If you use profanity it will be removed
I'm not sure I've ever seen a "Doug" here, though I've heard the name before. I also remember meeting a glass-eyed "Doug" in a local bar. Is that him?
It usually doesn't take long to figure-out who's got a screw loose and who doesn't. I occasionally loosen mine up, just for fun. btw, Has anyone seen my screwdriver? it was here just a minute ago. I bet that damn rat took it! Oh, wait, here it is. Let me tighten this up a bit.... annnd.... done. You were saying?
