HA, Ha, ha. The crooks in the media and demorat party are calling this a loan repayment! They say informed Americans cannot read! The check says loan repayment. Of course Joe just gave his brother the money with no contract. Americans should quit showing non-evidence of the Biden Crime Family dealings. The brother was sent the money from foreign business dealings. It was very brotherly to pay off his loan to Joe. Perhaps the contract will show up in the 82,000 pages of private emails in the LOC. All we have to do is figure out what fake name Joe was using at the time.
