WASHINGTON (AP) -- President Barack Obama has vowed to cut the country's budget deficit in half by the end of his first term.... More...
this plan has FAIL written all over it... Obama will probably be known as one of the worst presidents in history... along with jimmy and franklin d.
He's gonna tax the **** out of anybody that works. $75,000 my dying ass! It's gonna be like $45,000 bracket.
Since the budget deficit was just doubled last week, he should be able to halve it next year. Just don't pass another trillion dollar stimulus package next year and voila, it's halved.
Evidence? From what I understand, he's gonna repeal those Bush tax cuts on the rich. They can afford it, and it also calls for drawing down troops. Haven't heard ANYTHING about taxing ANYBODY who makes less then $250,000 a year. That's just more right wing FEAR AND PARANOIA kickin in SNAFU. . .
The Bush tax cuts were for everyone. That means everyone's taxes go up. That $1,000 per child tax credit you get when filing your income tax return, is part of the Bush tax cuts. Bye bye tax credit.
Bush Tax Cuts It was common knowledge that the Bush tax cuts were across the board cuts for everyone. Many people were just mad because the wealthy person saving X% on his income saved more money than the average person saved a the same percent of cut. Coincidentally even with this the burden of tax the wealthy contributed increased revenue to the government and the poor paid less in tax liability.
Still not seeing where he will eliminate the child tax credit. Just more fear and paranoia as usual. . .
If the Bush tax bill raised the child tax credit from $600 to $1,000, and the Bush tax cuts are allowed to expire, a family with three kids just lost $1,200. Just more ignoring the blatantly obvious facts.
Another thing that could come back that was eliminated with the Bush tax cuts, is the "marriage penalty". Bush Tax Cuts The myth of the marriage penalty - MSN Money
How the Global Warming Bill Will Affect Your Wallet - Yahoo! News But remember, nobody earning less than $250,000 per year will see their taxes go up. This must be where the blind, Obama supporter who still can't admit they were duped by two words, Hope and Change, put in the "*He was talking about income tax and I knew it all along", asterisk for him. Just out of curiosity, can anyone tell me what flavor that Kool-Aid is?
