If we consider his civil and criminal problems you might notice that most of it came from his lies. The Judge in the case is guilty of what Trump was accused of doing - overvaluing a property. It was the banks responsibility to check the value for the loan, the banks war paid back in full AND in order to bring this fake charge against Trump the state decided that the property was worth over 50+ million less than its actual value. For example an empty lot on the ocean is appraised at around 30+ million than the larger and developed Trump property. We have become a high-class Banana Republic!

The heck of the whole thing is that is how the real estate game is played. You value your existing property as leverage against a loan for your next development..... What the city has done is ran off the property developers. I believe I even heard a media blurb put out by the court that "other property investors in New York need not worry"..... What's that tell you??
