In the U.S., we just weaponize our criminal justice agencies and indict our political opponents or enemies. But, Putin probably thinks it’s easier just to kill them ala Hitler, Stalin or Clinton.
You may have a point but Obama had a long list of dead people by drone strike and Biden was put in power by the same people who put Obama in power. Would not be surprised if Biden’s handlers had it done over Niger and its uranium and parts of Africa Wagner backs already after the French were kicked out.

Statin was a bank robber in Georgia before he moved to Russia to take part in the communist takeover. Funny how the left is filled with thief’s and murders. That’s what happened to the Democrat Party as well.
Agree with most on this list. A who’s who on some of the worst of humanity. But I am not sure about the Ukrainian Soviet leader Kruschev for he did expose Stalin’s crimes and started to make the Soviets less of a police state. Bad guy still yes. But not sure on the same caliber of others here.
