Trump just pulled off a stunning example of military intervention in Venezeula. His forces not only captured Maduro and his Wife, but also secured the oil infrastructure, subdued all military assets, Caracas itself. Its probably the greatest US tactical military success in past century. It was clean, precise, no US casaulties. Now, compare that to Russian blunders in Ukraine. He showed Putin, how real leaders act, and that you need a well trained military.
He also put Iranian Mullahs on notice.....Cuba too.

I guess all the rogue nations (China/ Russia/ Iran/ Belarus/ N. Korea) are in shock and awe.

Iran is different though. I think Trump is keeping his powder dry until we see how the protests play out. Of course, right now might be a good time to go in and get Khameini. I believe we would have the support of 95% of the population of Iran.

 

100 percent right, Khameini now, may ask Putin for a ride outa Dodge, Assad probably could use some company!

However, imagine the "Legacy" if he is responsible for bringing Democracy back to Iran, after he did same in Venezeula. Why not 3/3 add Cuba
And.......4/4 regime change in Russia.

 

For now, I’ll take the overwhelming win in Venezuela and be happy with it. I’ll cross my fingers about Iran and hope for the best. Yes, it would be incredible to see Democracy in Iran, but we shall see.

I believe the action in Venezuela sent a clear message to the world that Trump is not Biden or Obama and he is certainly not someone to -edited- with.
