He'll get some backlash from stupid libs and the Enemies of the People™, but I don't think he'll lose his position, nor the president's ear. Many people are saying that fascism has been terribly and unfairly misunderstood.

I think Fascism and of course Fascism practices and tenets ARE the only way for Trump to remain in power. This adviser might be correct if not missing the point entirely of a democratic election. The point isn't just to win, it is to win while demonstrating fundamental democratic practices that the people can support. Neither side wants Fascism but some seem willing to go down that road if it means that their beloved dear leader can stay in power. Fascism has always failed and always will. The chaos left behind is the real issue.

Inciting violence against political opponents, anyone?
