Revenge of the Reality-Based Community

This article is an opinion wrote by Rich Lowry about a month ago pondering the potential reasons for Romney's loss to President Obama. In it, he says some things that indicate that he, at least, has no idea what you are talking about.

I just loved some of his comments, for they were fuuuu-neyyyy. He opened with this:

This was written just a drunk and aching recovery away from the election. The hate/loathing is palpable. Yum!

This sentenced finished the first paragraph. The hate/loathing is there, of course, it always is, but I love how he misses the mark by miles:

LOL..."out of touch"? Oh, he makes me laugh so hard...

I found this interesting:

"Caring". From his point of view it must be some odd, alien emotion-like thing, so I can understand the confusion it invokes in him.

He was sooooo close on this one:

Yep, there's the problem: distortion.

Oh, those darn Democrats, using those dang simplistic mind-tricks on people!

That last one is so ironic. Gee, why is college tuition increasing? Maybe if you stop decreasing public funding, for one.

LOL....Oh, yeah, you guys are soooo on track...LOL

His one moment of clarity:

I'm not comfortable with this kind of tool having any clarity. Where would I go for my humor-fix? Limburger?
