Nope. I'm confident in my ability to pick up BS in the big three "news" programs (CNN, FOX, MSNBC). Al three air opinions more than actual unbiased news.

Are you worried that FOX tried to convince Petraeus to run for President? ...that they promised to back him both financially and with programming? Does that raise any issues for you personally?

I answered your question and asked one of my own. You have not answered my question. Instead, you have asked me to answer another of your own questions. I require a "Yes" or "No" to my question before I answer your second question.

To repeat: Do you have any issues with FOX attempting to convince Petraeus to run for President of the U.S. by pledging to both finance his campaign and adjust their programming to be acceptable to that campaign. Yes or no.

 

This is pretty typical of his dodges. That is the only possible way that anyone such as an extremist Right-winger can sustain a completely off-planet narrative and still exist on this planet. They can't hear the question much less logically think about it and respond. I wonder why they never catch on that the constant inconsistencies they have to live with should be telling them something? Why they balk at answering a simple question about their beliefs? Why nothing is allowed to force them to do any self reflection? I guess that they believe that they are perfect because nothing else seems to be accepted other than what they already believe.

 

Like I said: psychosis, or more specifically: shared psychosis, or folie à deux.

In this case, the "isolation". or "circle-jerk", as you put it, is caused by the intentional ignoring of any information that contradicts their beliefs.

This, of course, is not the only problem with their party, and isn't meant to be the sole diagnosis, but this "shared psychosis" is a major reason why their party can no longer be considered "sane", IMO.

 

There has to be a planet in the vastness of the cosmos that off-loaded all of their idiots on us. Galaxis Orieonus Parthus, or GOP for short, is a distant planet missing their idiots. Lucky them.
