Complete BULLSHIT! Those same poor people you profess to care about certainly can't afford health coverage. I have yet to hear any "poor" people complain about Obamacare just elitists like you. Please don't try and switch sides at this point in the game and pretend to give a rat's ass about those lazy 47% your party defines as takers. You simply can't have it both ways just because it is convenient to jump the fence for the sake of an argument. You don't care about the poor, you never have, your party never has, and you never will care about anyone one but your old white privileged class of elitists. Poor people and their kids are going to do well under Obamacare and that is what you and your ilk are so afraid of. Your crocodile tears are nothing more than a joke, a sad desperate joke, but a joke just the same.

I call bullshit on your bullshit. These employees are losing hours as a direct result of Obamacare. Read the letter from the unions I posted above. The employees are having their hours cut and they won't be having as much cash coming in to pay for necessities. All as a direct result of Obamacare. "No thanks" to you and your other moronic ilk.

Have you even bothered to off-set any losses against jobs created by Obamacare? Of course you haven't Your "losses" are theoretical at best. They haven't happened nor have they been compared to jobs created. So simmer down until you actually have something to complain and whine about. It doesn't make the whining anymore tolerable but at least there would be a genuine reason for the bitchy little girl act if you could actually prove more jobs were lost than gained. Much ado about nothing.

What belies all of your positions is that you can't even acknowledge all of the positive aspects that the new health care law has already given so many. You're so focussed on anything and everything that isn't absolutely perfect that you have completely lost any kind of a rational perspective that any sane human being would consider in evaluating any new law. Your own words and opinions make this clear. Is there even any point to arguing with people that have devolved into such an emotionally negative maelstrom that they no longer have any ability to simply weight the pros and cons of any issue? I think it is time to tell you all to move on. You lost this one and nothing will change that. The ACA will be amended and changed over time just like any other sweeping legislation in the past and it will not be perfect. Eventually, we'll have something closer to if not outright universal coverage in this country. The last western industrial country to do so. Feigning sympathy for those that you never had sympathy for before the ACA isn't going to convince anyone to listen to your inane cackling. But hey, knock yourselves out. You'll sleep better tonight.

IRS enforcers, regulation writers, tax collectors, etc do not count as jobs offsetting other job losses. Unfortunately, hiring additional staff (even if part time) for companies to keep track of the part timers and new medical costs/records does count, but it drastically decreases their productivity.

    ....and it gets better!!

The Hill.com is reporting that more pieces of the Obamacare legislation will be suspended.

Speaking of BS, your post smell pretty strongly from it. This isn't something that was created within the last few years, it's been decades. Now, she may ask for specific changes, and make them herself, but it's the medical professionals that create the criteria.

It's common knowledge, and common sense versus your BS. I win.

I mentioned that to David a while back, to follow the doc's instructions after his surgery. The reason being my dad didn't, and a blood clot gave him a heart attack.

    So, kudos. ;)

OK, so what was it doing in court? Why did they have to rule when all she had to do was to change teh regulation?

Greed, it's the American way. We want better stuff, and more of it. Doctor's are no exception, mine wants more planes. My dentist want's a yacht, prices starting at over a million. I work 30 hours to pay for one of their's, on average. It used to be about 10, twenty years ago.

Another point is about the types of hospital in my area. They are all for-profit, and owned by corporations, with multiple locations across multiple states. Gone are the days of our local hospital taking care of local patients, as it's now about providing a positive rate of return for investors stocks portfolios. If you can't pay the inflated prices, too bad for you, as you're not going to get any service.

It sounds to me like you have an answer to your question, which is likely to be wrong.

Just for @#$%s and giggles, why don't you just spit it, instead of obfuscating about it all?

I think that if I hear one more Republican puke say, "The American people want..." I'm going to jump through the TV screen and choke the livin' shit out of them. Or maybe it's just the pain killers wearing off.

61% of the American people want to reduce government spending!
54 percent of Americans are opposed to the Affordable Care Act according to CNN

They really need to rename this the Insurance Industry Entitlement Act. Even under the government's pricing schedules, the same coverage cost 3 time more in one state than it does in another state. Can anyone tell me why. It reeks of sleazy back room deals between insurance providers and health care providers. What's need is price and performance regulation. Then when things settle down, you can deregulate. Neither regulation or deregulation is a cure all, both have their advantages and disadvantages and when applied correctly they form a balance.
One dentist I went to had a yacht, but didn't deserve it (he did celebrity mouths). The next dentist I went to couldn't afford a yacht (he was state schooled and did teacher's mouths) but he deserved one. You can't equate money with competence.

Yet, through all of this, it's the insurance companies who win. Now that BO has mandated individual coverage the insurance companies have no motivation to offer competitive rates- people no longer have the choice. Just one more example of how the public gets screwed every time the gov't imposes it's will onto the marketplace.
Those who had insurance before Obamacare are paying more for their coverage & those who couldn't afford insurance before Obamacare are now being forced to buy it.
