According to an Obamacare provision millions of Americans will be targeted.
The Health and Human Services’ website states that your family will be targeted if you fall under the “high-risk” categories below:
    • Families where mom is not yet 21.
    • Families where someone is a tobacco user.
    • Families where children have low student achievement, developmental delays, or disabilities.
    • Families with individuals who are serving or formerly served in the armed forces, including such families that have members of the armed forces who have had multiple deployments outside the United States.
There is no reference to Medicaid being the determinant for a family to be “eligible.”
In 2011, the HHS announced $224 million will be given to support evidence-based home visiting programs to “help parents and children.” Individuals from the state will implement these leveraging strategies to “enhance program sustainability.”
Constitutional attorney and author Kent Masterson Brown states,
“This is not a “voluntary” program. The eligible entity receiving the grant for performing the home visits is to identify the individuals to be visited and intervene so as to meet the improvement benchmarks. A homeschooling family, for instance, may be subject to “intervention” in “school readiness” and “social-emotional developmental indicators.” A farm family may be subject to “intervention” in order to “prevent child injuries.” The sky is the limit.

This whole healthcare insurance mess is opening up a can of worms I don't think any independent realized when they voted for it.

That is what happens when "“We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it, away from the fog of controversy.”

Kent Masterson Brown alleges that this is not voluntary, but where is the evidence? The webpage repeatedly linked by the Ben Swann site never says anything about involuntary home visits, nor, contrary to the OP, does it ever state "that your family will be targeted." There is another link on the Swann site to a page in which it is clearly stated:

I know how much a certain element of the population likes to hysterically squawk about how the gubbmint is a comin' to get 'em, and this sort of story is red meat to them. They've never let the facts get in the way of their paranoia, and I don't expect them to start now. Coming soon to a conspiracy site near you:

They've been doing this for years...if a child comes to school with a bruise, Child Services takes him home. I'm not saying innocent children don't need protection...they should have all the protection afforded a six (6) month old fetus. As long as the visits are voluntary, that's fine. However, universal healthcare opens the door for all sorts of privacy violations.

And I seem to remember liberals/Democrats say the same thing when Enzi introduce the bill to allow the people to keep their own insurance if the wanted to. 100% of the democrats voted against it and Obama kept repeating that you could keep you insurance if you liked it. OOPS!

So you say. I don't expect you to back it up. I've learned that you don't deal in facts and evidence, preferring instead to throw out baseless allegations and fling insults.

I expressed an opinion. If you care to share yours, I would be happy to engage in a discussion and substantiate my position...as I have done in every case where the other person wasn't being disingenuous.

I already expressed my opinion in this thread, yakpoo. Since apparently the words I used weren't clear enough for you, I will reiterate: I don't see anything in the materials presented on the Swann site which supports the allegation that the home visits which will be funded by this law are going to be "involuntary," let alone worthy of the hysterical title "home invasions." What I do see is baseless fear mongering, using inflammatory language ("your family will be targeted") intended to whip up the paranoid emotions of those who are already inclined to believe this sort of crap. For several years the "prep and pray" crowd have been stockpiling guns and ammunition, telling each other that any day now, the government is going to come breaking down their doors. There is a whole world of blogs and "news" sites which caters to their paranoia.

If you see me being disingenous, just say so, yakpoo. Insinuations like the above don't do you any credit.
