Yeah, I'm still waiting for any "evidence" that Christie did anything wrong.

 

You're "still" waiting? After all this time? Let see, his rambling press conference was 1 month ago. I've been waiting over a year and a half for you to come up with evidence of any of the scandals you have accused Obama of and yet there is nothing. If anyone is "still" waiting, it is me. With any luck, you'll develop my patience.

 

Oh, let me see. Aside from him holding no one responsible for Obamacare website, Solyndra, Obamacare, Benghazi, Obamacare, Fast and Furious, Obamacare, DOJ wire tapping, Obamacare, etc.

So how did those trials go? What were the charges again? So what you are really saying from your laundry list is that you have accusations.

 

Accusations that he said "If you like your doctor, you can keep it. period."? Accusations that he blamed Benghazi on the film? Accusations that Brian Terry was shot by a government gun? Accusations that DOJ accused Rosen of being a co-conspiritor so they could tap his email with Holder's approval?

 

Yes exactly, where have any of those things risen to the level of criminal activity that Obama is being charged with after all this time? I hear a lot of talk about impeachment and lawlessness backed up by nothing but innuendo and accusations. But when several of Christie's own inner circle are caught red-handed and lawyer up and plead the 5th, you guys suddenly demand that we produce proof of Christie's guilt a month after this all came to light or we should just stop talking about it. I'm all for proof of guilt before convicting someone, but when has that ever been your standard? Answer...NEVER!

Speaking of laundry, if it's dirty...if it smells "funky"...it should be washed thoroughly.

...I'm not sure there's anything good left to clean here...maybe it should just be thrown in the garbage. I hate waste, but mildew isn't something you wanna keep around for long...it spreads it's stench to even the cleanest clothes. Toss it out, clean the decent stuff again and you won't have to walk around naked.

 

The false equivalency technique is the tried and true method with this group. You comment on a criminal trial and they equate that with everything they have done and said about Obama in the last 5 years. You speculate on terrorists motives and that too becomes the same thing as all the phony unproven allegations against Obama. Someone says in initial reports that a anti-Muslim film may have contributed to a terrorist attack, and later was found to have contributed, and that is supposed to equal all the crap that has been thrown at Obama. Yeah, I'll go there anytime but I'd still like to know what criminal charges have been files, what trials have been held, what convictions upheld in all this time? And I get no answer.

 

It was not "may have contributed" and it was later found to be a blatant lie from 15 minutes after it started. They were told that by the military in charge, the acting ambassador, and the president of Libya.

 

ODS has it's bad qualities, sure...but it also has it's good qualities. There are a lot of people who take time to convince, but eventually they tire of all the BS and make a decision based on what they hear. I'm like that, for example, and I made my decision to join the Democrats because I simply couldn't let the country self-destruct... I simply had to stand-up and say, "I've had enough of this BS! It's painfully obvious who is to blame for America's ills, and it isn't the Democrats!"

I like to speak in metaphors, and view America's economy as a circulatory system. I see it has constricted (congress's inaction) and that has caused a major heart-attack (the recession). The stimulus and such are like antibiotics, in that they provide a temporary means of by-passing the constriction. In that sense, America is attempting to recover from that attack, but it's an uphill battle when so many of us are just sitting on the side-lines and letting the economy suffer. What we need is surgery, or we'll just keep on having heart attacks. The only way we're gonna get a surgeon to treat us is if we throw tons of cash at him...because he/she doesn't work for free, and doesn't accept Medicaid. The only way we're going to be able to employ the surgeon is to allow the Democrats the opportunity to take control.

Given enough time, and the right procedures (trade reform is a key procedure, with the goal to provide jobs here in America instead of elsewhere in the World), American can recover and be good to go.
