... and Obamacare was only ruled Constitutional as a tax even after Obama said it wasn't going to be a tax. What type of games are these Democrats trying to pull? Yet, their followers keep falling for their lies over and over again.

Well, aren't you the sassy little bitch? Why would I do any of those things if I never did them prior to Obamacare? All Obamacare has done is forced Americans to pay yet another tax.

That just demonstrates how naïve or disingenuous you really are. You would not have been covered for a pre-existing condition prior to the ACA. You would not have had preventative health care covered before the ACA. You are either so stupid that you believe what you are saying or you simply have an ego too big to admit that you are wrong. Either way, you're a pretty pathetic excuse for someone your age. You should really grew up.

Who cares if it is called a tax by some or a mandate by others. What it's called seems like about the most meaningless point you can make. They could call it ObAmAcAre or just O-AAA for all I care, it's what that tax/mandate gets me that really matters. Let's placate your point and call it a mandated tax. OK, then ask yourself, how exactly has this law affected me personally? Not what you've seen in the media, not some hearsay from a third party, but an actual impact on youry life, good or bad. Anything?

It's not a matter of what it's CALLED, but what it IS. The Obama administration never approached the aspect of pushing a tax on people since they knew people would balk at the idea. However, the Supreme Court ruled it was only Constitutional AS A TAX! When the court ruled as such, the administration said Oh OK, great! We'll take that! Whatever it takes to push it down American's throats. Naturally, you're glad it was ruled a tax since you believe in taxing the living hell out of people. Tax and spend! Tax and spend! Your type of liberal mentality is what is ruining this country and devolving us from a nation of producers into one of takers. You won't be happy until this country is "fundamentally transformed" (Obama's words) into a third-world, backwater shithole based on socialism and/or communism.

The only reason I would need Obamacare is because you are making me sick.

Why don't you go occupy another dorm room and watch yet another girl get raped while you sit on your fat, worthless ass and do nothing to help her?

Only the liberal mind would accept BO swearing there would be no new taxes involved with the implementation of Obamacare only to see the SC uphold it's Constitutionality based solely on the fact that it is a tax!

Americans for Prosperity, the conservative advocacy group backed by the Koch brothers, is running Obamacare attack ads featuring a cancer patient who claimed her treatments were "unaffordable" under the new health law. On Monday, The Detroit News reported that the patient will actually save more than $1,000 a year.
Julie Boonstra says in the anti-Obamacare ad that she was diagnosed with leukemia five years ago, and her health care plan was canceled when Obamacare went into effect.
"Now, the out-of-pocket costs are so high, it's unaffordable," she said.
Before her plan was canceled, Boonstra was paying a $1,100 monthly premium. That's $13,200 a year, without adding out-of-pocket expenses like co-pays and prescription drugs. But under her new plan, the Blue Cross Premier Gold, Boonstra's premiums are down to $571 a month, and out-of-pocket costs are capped at $5,100. That's a maximum annual expense of $11,952 a year.
According to The Detroit News, Boonstra said it “can’t be true” that her new coverage is cheaper than her old.
“I personally do not believe that,” Boonstra said.
The ads set out to target Rep. Gary Peters (D-Mich.), who faces former Michigan Secretary of State Terri Lynn Land (R) in a tight race for Michigan's U.S. Senate seat. Peters voted in favor of the Affordable Care Act.
The billionaire Koch brothers have spent millions in attack ads in Michigan and beyond, prompting Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) to take a public stand against their tactics. Reid accused the Kochs of "trying to buy America," saying Republicans are "addicted to Koch."
Boonstra told The Detroit News she had never been politically active before joining the anti-Obamacare campaign. The newspaper reported her ex-husband, Mark Boonstra, had served as chair of the Washtenaw County GOP, and was appointed by Gov. Rick Snyder (R) to the Michigan Court of Appeals in 2012.

    ...and in other news...

The admin is now claiming one of the reasons why Obamacare sign-ups are lagging behind expectations is because Feb was a "shorter than normal month".
So, an admin that couldn't prevent the most telegraphed massacre in history is now caught off guard because Feb suddenly has 28 days?

If the Obamacare train wreck wasn't so tragic, it would be hilarious.
