What's The Deal With These Stupid Liberal Judges?

Recently, it was the idiotic judge Joel Cano who was arrested for harboring an illegal alien in New Mexico.

Then, we have this moronic judge from Wisconsin, Hannah Dugan, who was arrested for assisting an illegal alien and attempting to keep him from being apprehended.

Who in hell do these liberal judges think they are? There is something called "the rule of law" which these two (and more) have not obeyed. Not only should they be disbarred and never be allowed to practice law again in any State, but their respective States should review all their cases since they first became judges. For that matter, any case since they first became lawyers should be reviewed!

Our country simply cannot allow these rogue liberal judges to keep doing this.

I have researched any and every reference to the U.S. Federal Constitution, and the requirements therein, re. Responsibility of the Judicial Branch and the function of SCOTUS as a Check and Balance in our Federal Republic form of Government.

I studiously researched the Federalist Papers and any recognized scholarly commentary concerning same and the Formation of the Federal Republic.

I then proceeded to study in-depth the Magna Carta, the document declaring Human Rights and the influence on the Founding Fathers of the U.S. Constitution.

I give up, Damnit!

I can not.....no matter what source I study/peruse/saw a reference to consider.....FIND EVEN ONE WORD CONCERNING A DUTY TO LEGISLATE FROM THE BENCH.

Can anyone help me?

Monica Isham says she will not 'allow' ICE to send illegal immigrants to a 'concentration camp'

A Wisconsin judge is threatening not to hold court in protest of federal authorities arresting her fellow judge Hannah Dugan last week.

Judge Monica Isham made the announcement in an email to judges across the state on Saturday. Her email, titled "Guidance Requested or I Refuse to Hold Court," made clear she had no intention of working with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

"If there is no guidance for us and no support for us, I will refuse to hold court in Branch 2 in Sawyer County. I will not put myself or my staff who may feel compelled to help me or my community in harms way," Isham wrote, according to a copy of the email obtained by Wisconsin Right Now.

"I have no intention of allowing anyone to be taken out of my courtroom by ICE and sent to a concentration camp, especially without due process, as BOTH of the constitutions we swore to support require. Should I start raising bail money?" Isham wrote, referring to the Wisconsin state constitution as well.

"If this costs me my job or gets me arrested then at least I know I did the right thing," she added.

Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon reacted to Isham's ultimatum on social media, saying the threat was "problematic."

Here's the face of the latest lunatic who is trying to override the law. She says that if she loses her job or gets arrested because of this, she "knows [she] did the right thing". Alright. Let's put her in a place where she can dwell for a very long time on whether or not she "did the right thing".

Today, the Wisconsin Supreme Court ordered that Hannah Dugan be "temporarily relieved of her official duties".

At least this is a step in the right direction.

Of course, this only deals with her "official duties". It doesn't cover any "unofficial duties" she might be involved in such as harboring fugitives, working as a clown at kids' parties, winning all-you-can-eat hot dog contests or cooking meth.

Milwaukee Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan was found guilty of helping man avoid ICE agents at courthouse in April

A jury found Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan guilty of obstructing federal immigration agents during an attempt to serve a warrant at a courthouse earlier this year.

She faces up to five years in prison on the felony obstruction count.



Dugan was arrested in April after helping Eduardo Flores-Ruiz avoid plainclothes Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents who were trying to serve him a warrant. Prosecutors said Dugan helped Flores-Ruiz and his attorney exit her courtroom through a back door on April 18, after learning that ICE agents were in the building to arrest him.
