Listened to this guy for an hour tonight on the radio while taking coin pics. Here is a link to his site. He claims he is a Democrat, and has filed suit in Federal Court trying to block the Obama nomination based on some " issues " Obama has with citizenship. Sounds like a far fetch to me, and I called my radio talkshow buddy in Phoenix, and was told that this guy is a member of Camp Clinton and has attempted to get on my buddy's show on KFYI, and was declined .....so far. Um sunds like a last ditch attempt by someone to de rail his presidency race, as far as I was aware Obama was born in the Kapiolani Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii which I do believe is in the USA. So please forgive me if I am wrong about this that makes him an American citizen by birth! I dont know enough about your laws to say anything about his having lived in other countries but I doubt very much that he would have been allowed to run for this office if there was any doubt about his nationality.
Like I said Steve, it sounds like a far fetch. A Hail Mary pass by the Clintons. There is the subject of dual citizenship tho, and you are correct, I am sure he was thouroughly investigated as to legal eligibility.
Seriously guys, if someone would care to bring up the issue of Barack Obama's citizenship, and he was born in what by then had been a US state for over 1.5 years, how about John McCain? He was not even born in the USA! He was born in the Panama Canal Zone, legally because he was of American parentage, his father serving in the Navy in the Canal Zone, and of course his mother being a US citizen, he qualifies for American citizenship by prerogative of his parents and not having been born in the USA. I cannot imagine that anyone would doubt where Mr. McCains loyalties are Otherwise if citizenship at birth were not a prerequisite, Ahnold Schwarzenegger could run for President. He was born in Austria, and unless the US Constitution were amended, he cannot run for President, nor can Governor Jennifer Granholm of Michigan, she was born in Canada.
Don't you guys remember? Obama is a citizens of the world! Start learning your 2nd language because if Obama gets elected you'll all be tested. If you can't speak the language, you can't travel to that country- it would be embarrassing to Obama. But don't worry, the tests will have to be in English so the Hypocrit-in-Chief can read them!!
