Today Swalwell called for any Dem POTUS candidate to call for tearing down the ballroom….. How inane. These people genuinely have no platform other than hate Trump. Suits me. I have no problem watching the implosion of the left in real time.

In the words of Jimmy Kimmel, “It was a bad night for everyone who voted for [Madmani and other democrats], too — you just don't realize it yet."

Do you support ending the filibuster?

Let’s just say that I’m probably as much in support of ending the filibuster as you will be when democrats eventually are in charge.

If Republicans DO end the filibuster, I hope they use it to their advantage. This would give them a chance to pack the Supreme Court. I’m opposed to packing the Court, but democrats have already stated that’s exactly what they will do. Gotta beat ‘em to the punch you know? So many good things could be accomplished without the filibuster, but it’s a two-way street. I can only imagine the damage if the democrats don’t have a filibuster standing in their way. :: shudder ::

You can't have it both ways, scrap it or keep it?

I say keep it for now. The government will reopen soon enough even with the filibuster in place. Sure, it would be nice to steamroll over the democrats and start implementing more things that will make America great again, but liberals will be back in power one of these days and it won’t be pretty if there is no filibuster to keep their communistic ways in check.

They don’t have any sane people left in the Democrat Party other than Fetterman, Hell, just look at the recent elections. Their supporters are commies, antisemitics, Karen’s or just eat up with the dumba$$.
Dems will eliminate the filibuster as soon as they can. They have already tried… but Sinema and Manchin voted no.
Remember Obamacare? Look at the damage they do when they are in power and they want more money to fund their disaster … shutdown? We can discuss the last administration that had a mental patient in charge and look at the destruction. Imagine what they would do if they had a Obama or a Clinton in charge at this time… or next.

I just think it's a neat correlation that Fetterman only became palatable to the right after he got literal brain damage.

Palatable? . . . You mean tolerable. Fetterman may have abandoned the foundering footloose flotilla, but he’s still left of Susan Collins.

Fetterman got literal brain damage BEFORE he was elected and that is EXACTLY the reason democrats elected him. Fortunately, his brain appears to be slightly repairing itself as of late.

Anyone want to buy a bridge while we're here?

Straight to the personal attacks, as per usual with you lately. No thoughts on everyone getting $2000?

Personal attack? How so . . . I'm merely stating fact.

I'm asking your thoughts on the proposal. Ostensibly this forum is for talking about politics and policy

I suspect you seek a premature explanation  . . . after all, I believe any proposal is still in the drafting stage, if that far along.
