Those were not his exact words . . .

 

I paraphrased, "a whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again." doesn't meaningfully change the temperature of the rhetoric.

 

There is a wide chasm between propaganda designed to intimidate an enemy at battle and propaganda designed for radicalizing a generation.

 

I disagree. We have many Iranian Americans and even just anti-war Americans who don't deserve that abusive rhetoric.

If you insist on keeping it in the political sphere though he also recently said "Now with the death of Iran, the greatest enemy America has is the Radical Left, Highly Incompetent, Democrat Party!"

So everyone on Earth but the president is responsible for their words and rhetoric because he's a special boy?

 

No…. Because he is POTUS. I’m not going to make excuses for him shooting off at the mouth. I don’t like it either. I have said a million times that if the man fails, we all fail. He doesn’t get a fair shake by anyone on the left and you know that. We support our leaders, good and bad. That’s just American heritage. Obama destroyed our health care system and yet he doesn’t face constant threats against his life.

 

You already know how I feel about Trump, the persona.

You also already know how I feel about his qualification to be president over anyone the Democrat party fielded in 2016, 2020 & 2024.

Now, if you ask whether I preferred him to other Republican presidential candidates from those same years, the answer would be no. You can go look up my posts before those primaries to confirm that.

Rhetoric is not what counts . . . The Democrat Party provides us with far too many of examples of that!
