Yes, it does make a difference if you're happy with the decision. If you're saying you approve of the way this was handled, than you are happy with it.

This isn't about me, McCain, the judge, the republican party, Berg, Stu Joe...etc.. This is about Obama. Why do you keep getting away from that? Why are you so desperate to give him a free pass? Because that's what this judge just did.

WHAT EVIDENCE WAS HE SUPPOSED TO LOOK AT????? You have to require Obama to provide his birth certificate for evidence. What other evidence should there be to look at!!!?! That's all the suit is about! So, no, the judge didn't do his job because he let him weasle out of it. He failed to take a simple action or to get anything done.
Now we'll see if the Supreme court lets him weasle out of it.

I'm still waiting for somebody to post proof here for me. It still stands. I'm still asking to be proven wrong. All I've gotten is people's opinions which are worth as much to me as the reporter in that story saying he was born in HI. Would you people bet your house, your car, and everything you own on the FACT that Obama was born in HI? You would only do this if you had some way to prove he was. Since I don't, I wouldn't make a $5 bet on it.

We can't even have Obama's medical records or college transcripts! What's the man hiding?

I'm still waiting for Toad to post some facts, or some websites. Something to go to. I know for a fact he hasn't given any of this information out. So lets see some facts from the other side. Opinions are getting old here.

 

Ok lets say Im going to take you to court for something!! then it is up to me to supply the proof not up to you, you can not accuse someone of something without evidence so obviously the judge did not think he had sufficent.
Now that as far as I am aware is how the law opperates Innocent until proven guilty with the burden of proof on the claiment/prosecution.
This is of course assuming that you have not rewriten the law?
Now why do I need to provide you with any evidence one way orthe other I am not making any alegations.

 

I think the judge's ruling wasn't about evidence or lack of, it was about whether the plaintiff could bring the lawsuit in the first place. In the US, you can sue anyone for anything but you have to be one of the parties. I can't sue you because you ran over my neighbor's petunias. I am not a party to the incident. I think that is basically what the judge was saying in his ruling.

Now, to me, it is very debatable whether a voter or citizen doesn't have automatic standing in a lawsuit about a Presidential candidate's qualifications. But, that is what appeals courts are for.

I suspect so.

My guess is that this guy would somehow have to prove that what Obama has already provided (that Hawaiian certificate) does not meet the requirements of proof of citizenship. Of course, maybe he could get the judge to force Hawaii or whatever to release records they haven't. I have no idea.

My only experience with lawsuits was as confusing as it was painful. The US legal system is definitely run by lawyers. And I am not a lawyer. lol

If I go to apply for a new job or for a home loan, they expect me to provide a valid birth certificate. The employer or the bank expect to get this information from you. If you don't provide it, they tell you to hit the road.

Obama is applying for A JOB. He's not being tried as a criminal, yet. That would be next.

Please understand that if this really does end up coming out and coming to fruition, Obama and many other people stand to face jail time. He is not the only one who will be fighting against this information coming out. I cannot imagine the number of people and their ties who would want to suppress this information for their own benefit. Not to mention trying to prevent the L.A. riots from happening again on a national scale.

This is something they want to go away, and quickly and you should not expect a bunch of people marching out there to talk about this out in the open. McCain could be protecting some of his own buddies in there, for all we know. Remember, he's such the "across the isle reacher".
This is not that far fetched. Pretend for a moment that everything I have said is true. Look how easy it has been for him to get away with it up to this point.
People are so afraid of the mere mention of a conspiracy theory that anything they don't agree with or refuse to believe gets automatically chalked up to that. It takes no amount of thought to say or believe that everything's a whacked out conspiracy. That's easy and you will be supported. That's the easiest train of thought so that's what people flock to. They can always expect vast amounts of support from other non-thinkers.

Wouldn't expect that any time soon. As stated in this article:

“There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate,” said Chiyome Fukino. “State law prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record.”


Since Berg is trying to prove otherwise, I'm sure he doesn't have a "tangible interest in the vital record." Funny how it took until today for this person to speak up. They could have fabricated one by now.

The original got lost some 35 years ago. But this idiot wants to see the original of Obama's. what if thats lost. It's a special circumstance because we've never had to worry about this before and nobody would have ever thought we would need to.

Vess then it is up to whatever body you have that runs elections to request the proof, he was taken to court and a judge dismissed the case, you accuse the judge of not doing his job!! Do you actualy believe in the rule of law?

 

I guess you don't know about a document that has been produced, it's called the United States Constitution, specifically, Article 1 Section 3 Clause 3:

"No person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty Years, and been nine Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State for which he shall be chosen."

I would hope that you don't dispute that Obama is a U.S. Senator? With that, he had to prove he was a Citizen of the United States and had been one for at least 9 years, so all the documentation is already on record so the crap in the beginning is just that, crap!

First they questioned his patroitism, then whether he was a Socialist or Communist and all of that backfired on them, so now they are questioning his citzenship. Please look back to our last election and the Swift Boat incident and how that was also proved to be a total lie, yet how well it worked, then ask yourself if it worked once, can it work twice? Can lightning strike twice in the same spot? I don't think so! I think the people have learned that when it comes to politics, don't believe what you hear so when all these accusations fly, it is having a Bradley Effect and is now working against McCain and he is about to lose the election because of it so let them come out with more lies, it will make more people vote for Barack than would have!!!!
