    ....and you're how old?

Hey, don't feel bad, just work on becoming a bit more well-read, get some real world experience and come on back when you debate with the big boys.

I tell you what, when you can list the Rights we've lost since the Constitution was written, then you can talk about experience and when you've traveled the world and lived with others on their turf, then come talk about world experience, because it is clear you don't make it out much and I wonder if you've had a passport or even know how to get one!

    Ribbit :)

I am not sure who you are directing you rant to, but, yes, I have lived overseas "on their turf". I spent 5 years there. However, I am not exactly sure just what that has to do with the price of tea in China.

Now, I have one for you. Name the only "right" that will require someone else to forgo their own rights? Hint; It is an Obama "right". i.e. his specific words.

And you don't have to have a passport to have lived over there. ;)

Come on RLM, David's comments are right before mine and he talked about REAL WORLD EXPERIENCE and I mimicked his words. Do you need to be spoon fed everything?

You'll have to give me a little more than that. I'm not sure what you are referring to but if you will elaborate a bit, I'll discuss it. ;)

I'm wondering where there is and what turf it was he lived on. Military base, perhaps?

I was just referring to a general 'over there' but, yes, military typically don't need a passport do to SOFAs with the host countries. ;)

I have never had a passport but I have interacted with quite a few people in their home countries and also third country nationals from all over in those same countries.

Never been in the military. Try the world's largest rubber plantation. I will let you do the digging from there.

Ever hear of Article 3 Section 2 Clause 1?

Power being almost always the rival of power, the general government will, at all times, stand ready to check the usurpations of the state governments; and these will have the same disposition towards the general government. ALEXANDER HAMILTON

That's also known as Seperation of Powers, but some of that was abridged by the 11th Amendment and others portions were abridged by the United States Supreme Court. Do you know when and do you know why? The Constitution is clear, as to intent, and the 11th Amendment is clear, as to intent, and State Issues and Federal Issues are clearly known by the Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court, so how did it occur?

Actually, I have travelled extensively throughout the world for both business (kinda comes with the territory when your position is Global Business Consultant for one of the world's largets banks) and pleasure. Now what? You may want to revisit that assumption you made, you think?

Traveling and living there is two different things. You're nothing more than a tourist.

I do believe I said something about LIVING with them? Maybe you might want to revist your assumptions?

I have actually lived in a few foreign countries, some of my assignments have extended beyond a year.
I would love to hear about your worldly experience...like maybe where your family is taking you for spring break?
