Flaming You! well Ruben, you want to read your own posts before accusing someone of flaming you, and I will talk to in exactly the same manner that you talk to me and others on the forum I at least did not accuse you of been ignorant as you have done to another member who gave his opinion plus you try telling me that I cant have compassion for children killed in a conflict not of there making.
But you get upset if someone treats your comments with a bit of levity

 

You reported in another post how democratic Iraq is turning out and now you claim children, whose parent leans to the old ways and want thier children to fight against other ''clans''(someone not as them), as legitimite targets. Oh yea, I was so off the mark. Iraq will be as stable as Canada after we leave. No doubt about it.

 

Iraq will probably deteriorate into a hell hole after we leave just like Afghanistan absolutely will after we eventually leave there...regardless of how may troops Pres Obama re-deploys there in the 'real war'.

The idiocy of both these wars is the idea that we can build nations out of cesspools. Pres Obama apparently understands that in Iraq, or pretends to, but apparently doesn't understand it in the most apparent example...Afghanistan.

The author of the Gospel of Luke does not NEED to be an educated Jew, this is true. HOWEVER, most modern scholars, based on the quality of the original Greek, believe that the author of the Gospel of Luke to be well educated, and, by emphasis on certain things Jewish, to be a Jew as well.

And you have yet to explain WHY it is anti-semitic. Or for that matter why quite a bit of the entire Christian religion is anti-semitic. (I'm an Evangelical, and as a result am often accused of being excessively pro-Israeli. But according to you, I'm part of an anti-semitic religion. I can't win.)

 

Well they are wrong and I don't have to explain why it is anti-semetic any more than explain how the sky is blue.

If you were half the expert you think you are about Judaism, History and antisemitism then it would be as OBVIOUS as the blood that was spilled over that book.
