LOL Um how can I put this politly, well the Tax collecting agency is in the Cow patt at the moment as it has to refund a couple of million people for overcharging them for the last 5 years and at the same time undercharging another million or so. They are not the Goverments best buddies at the moment LOL then people would have to actualy agree to it and as the Goverment is in the process of reducing It's spending and manpower I realy dont think they will go with this At the moment the Employer does the leg work and shoulders the cost of sorting out not just the income tax but also the National Insurance contributions made by the workforce The Goverment can simply not afford it
