He might have just lost the White Chick vote.

Not to mention the Asian, Hispanic, etc...vote.

Hours after making those remarks, Meeks back-tracked by saying he would only exclude white women if elected mayor.

Well, I don't live in Chicago but the slate of candidates isn't all that impressive. Meeks has the one quality that may just get him elected. And it's not his skin color.

 

You must be talking about his obvious passion for inclusiveness?

Or is it because he is a minister or preacher or whatever he is? If so, I don't think even God should be able to save his political butt from the comments he made. It is not like they could be misinterpreted.

But, this is Chicago...so maybe it is just because his name is easily spelled?
