He is a stupid kid! The problem with kids is that they think they know everything and they don't actually know anything. In ten years, someone will make him watch this and he will cringe at his own stupidity. My solution, drop the kid off in Tripoli. I think he will gain a new perspective on dictators rather quickly.

Then just who is it that is indoctrinating him?

I posted this in another thread, but I think it's appropriate to post it here also for those who may have missed it. Again, this is the type of socialist who really has no clue how the world works. Just a guess, but he's probably liberal, an atheist, voted for Obama, pro-abortion, pro-union and anti-gun. For certain, he's a complete idiot:

Apparently, every time republicans begin to lose an argument or an election, they start throwing out the socialist/commie label. The funny part is that inspite of their absolute certitude that this country is crawling with all these socialists, I yet to meet a real one.

Are clowns prohibited from having mirrors in their house?

What? In post #12 you seem to be bringing up the indoctrination issue. I understand you may not believe the things you post & certainly can't defend much of what you write but you did bring it up.

I don't really know how that flows logically but I used the word "indoctrination" because you claimed, "The socialists may be indoctrinating the young to hate capitalism & object to being told what to do at work but I don't recall ever being indoctrinated in business school". So you've sort of taken a right turn here and headed off in the middle of nowhere and I'm just not following.

And it's too funny that you think business school doesn't manipulate its students while the rest of the disciplines do. I don't really believe any education system has to rely on indoctrination of its students but there are schools of thought and I've never taken a class that didn't present theory from all angles and let the student decide.

Okay, then. Go to post #5, your post. In it you bring up the indoctrination subject. Is it really that hard for you to keep up with what you post?

Did you bother to read the last sentence in post #5? Schools of thought!

I think what you people who don't understand higher education tend to think is that some kids walks into a classroom and some professor pounds one school of thought into his or her head. I don't know anyone who educates that way. It just isn't done. I remember one graduate class I took on adult and higher education. They presented all the most popular theories of adult and higher education from the inception of the area of study. There was social theory, liberal theory (not what you think), anarchist theory, and dozens of other perspectives on this subject area and I can't remember one instance of the instructor advocating for any one theory. She and the textbooks listed them all and compared and contrasted the different beliefs. If you were indoctrinating someone, this would be a very bad way to do it.

So then the socialists probably arent trying to indoctrinate the young.
