Would Releasing Bin Laden's Death Photo Just Fuel Conspiracy Theories?

Why do you think its fun to humiliate a poll taker. What kind of person are you that gets off on messing with someone who's just trying to do his job? And youre the hump who claims he respects anyone that does an honest job. Another hypocrite.

Hey, it is possible they fooled them with a double and he is indeed gone!

He's either rotting in hell, or they secretly brought him back and he's still alive. Maybe he's being held in a dungeon, sleep deprived, with "I got you babe" blasting on a loop, his balls in a vice, and facing randomly timed water boarding?

Either way he's wishing he would have chosen a different career path right now.

I don't believe they did, but even if he had been taken alive, that IMHO would certainly be something to keep secret. Unlike the death photo, I can easily see a national security interest in that. And also it wouldn't change the fact that the President still got him. And the outcome for bin Laden would be the same...just the location would be different. ;)

It goes without question that when bin Laden was eventually killed, it would re-energize al Qaida, the Taliban or whatever they want to call themselves. Nevertheless, we HAD to have our revenge and we took it. I don't have a problem with that. So, they've grown a new head; we'll eventually have to cut that one off, too. But, we'd better start sharpening our blades.

I agree. We struck a blow but we need to keep hammering away.

Have to agree on Friday the Mrs and everyone else in her building (in the City of London not far from the tower, lots of tourists about in this area) were evacuated due to the possibility of a car bomb parked in the street outside Thankfuly this time it proved to be a false alarm

And the 22 minute tape released by Al Qaeda in 2009 where Bin Laden refers to Obama was....magic? Osama Bin Laden Challenges Obama In Tape

Obviously a fake. Also fake are videos just released of Osama watching Obama on tv. Also fake are the Taliban and Al Qaeda acknowledging his death. Also fake are photos of planets. And animals I have not personally seen. And broccoli.

    Tom,

This should teach you all you need to know about Alex Jones. He doesn't believe these crazy theories, but he knows people like you will and that his how he turns a profit. You really should hate that guy, a non believer and capitalist ta boot.

I guess it all depends on what angle one starts from. I assume lies, and go from there. If it's actually true, then it will show itself to be so. Photos can be faked, videos can be faked. Detecting their authenticity (or lack of it) is equally as easy today in this digital age. I await confirmation either way.

If he was dead 10 years ago, I find it hard to believe that al-Qaeda leaders from all the various sects as well as Taliban leaders and Hamas and and and would all be saying he died this month. Of course, when you default to lies and a conspiracy, you can easily just keep expanding it so it continues to fit the belief system.

    Like Seth Meyer's joked...

“I know was born here and I know my younger brother was born here, but when it comes to my older brother — I can only take him at his word.”

Like I would just take your word for it when it comes to conspiracies of the vegetable nature...I am no fool. ;)

So you think the better default position would be to believe the established liars? I think requiring verifiable and valid proof makes a good bit of sense. The likeliness of a repeated lair to do the same thing they normally do seems to be the better default position. Either way though, I can accept what the facts pan out to be. I'm not a hundred percent either way.
