No, from my understanding, that article is actually mostly true. I already see stuff like that with one of my sisters. There's this photo of me when I was like 8 months old holding on to a rubber ball... to this day she reminds me that it was HER ball and that I STOLE it lol ...now THAT is indefinite war lol On the serious side... yeah, looks to be true. I haven't read all of the bill yet (just the first few pages) but will comment more on it once I'm finished.
We pretty much have indefinite wars now anyway, without the approval of Congress. I think this law is Congress's way of saying they don't want to take the heat for any long-lasting, unauthorized (by Congress) wars anymore. If this becomes law they'll be able to blame the president, even though they'd at the least be at fault for giving him/her the ability to make unlimited wars.
