Would anyone be surprised if that is true? The dude has serious issues and the way he handled the tweet situation speaks more loudly than anything else. He is a liar, has no character or credibility and anything that comes out at this point would not be surprising.
And guilty until proven innocent. How long do you think it should take the Delaware police to determine if his messages were inappropriate? If they are, why hasnt he been arrested?
I have no idea if he is guilty nor how long it takes to arrest a congressman if they are. That is why I said if it is true. But when someone has shown the lack of character he has, they lose me being surprised at allegations like this one. I saw a report thad, when asked if all of the women were adults his response was 'to the best of my knowledge'. So obviously, even he left himself wiggle room on the subject. In other words, it didn't sound like he knew for sure or would be surprised if one wasn't.
Now Weiner wants a leave of absence; Weiner seeks leave of absence from House - Yahoo! News Also, he has lost the Democratic support. Both Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Pelosi are asking him to resign. Anyone want to give me any odds whether he will make it through the weekend?
Maybe so, but my point is Rangel has also (deleted) himself, and wants to show support for Weiner, since he's also (deleted) himself. I'm sure the next guy to (deleted) himself will get support from both of them lol
Oh...you're just for whoever the right wing kook turns out to be. You should rally for Ann Coulter. He has more bawlz than you.
I dont think there are enough ''(deleted) himself''s in this statement. Oh well, maybe next time. (laughs).
Mr. Thrill-going-up-my-leg himself thinks I am backward Chris Matthews: "I Felt This Thrill Going Up My Leg" As Obama Spoke And you wonder why I think libs are elitists!
I, as a Democrat, call for Weiner to resign when I see Republicans call for Vitter to resign. I believe that sleazy behavior exists all over the political spectrum. What isn't as widespread is the nonpartisan response to people of both parties. When it is a Democrat involved in the scandal, Republicans never yell louder. When it is a Republican involved in the scandal, you can barely get a passing comment from Republicans much less a call for resignation. All top Democrats have called for Weiners resignation at this point. Vitter is still serving in the GOP.
I think Vitter is a piece of crap & should have resigned. There. That being said, it's sounds hypocritical on your part to only call for Weiner's resignation as a tit for tat. If you had any real convictions you would either support him or criticize him based on his own actions, not those of others. Now, let's join together & call for Rangel and Frank to resign as well.
Did you forget Congressman Craig, Mr Moen? the Republicans ousted him by the end of the day and for much less. As far as I know, Vitters dirtbag activities occured in the 90's, long before he was a member of the house. I am not standing up for Vitter as he is a dirtbag, but using him as a comparison doesn't work.
I think it more resembles Mark Foley. Both he and Weiner sent inappropriate messages while in congress, and both (apparently) had no direct contact. Anyone care to guess how long it took Foley to resign?
