You do know that HAARP offers tours of the facility to the general public don't you? It is not a secret. Never has been. That is part of the fantasy that your conspiracy theorists have created in your own mind.

What's that? Once a year? I guess when they're down for expansion and maintenance they give you a tour of the bathrooms. I can tour Navy vessels too.,doesn't mean they don't have nuclear capability or that they'll tell me that on my little sightseeing tour. Next time I pass through the Alaskan wilderness though, I'll give it a try. They take down the "shoot on sight" signs for the tour?

Make fun all you want. If it was a super secret facility as you propose, they wouldn't let anyone near it, and you know it.

They don't. That's why the shoot to kill signs, along with it being in the middle of nowhere, with nobody else around except moose (and possibly Sarah Palin).

Jesse featured them in the episode he did on the subject. I'm paraphrasing the "shoot to kill" warning signs. They might have said something like "use of deadly force authorized" or some such. There were posted on an invisible line far from visible sight of the facility.

So let me see here.... you don't know what the sign really said, but it was posted on an "invisible line" far from visible sight which means that it, too was not visible. Hoo boy!

I am from rural PA. Pretty much everyone out in the woods has signs that read "trespassers will be shot".

I saw that show and the only signs I remember seeing were standard air force installation signs that are on every base or air force property. Maybe I just don't remember seeing the shoot to kill signs. I can believe that they might have such signs on classified areas but HAARP is not classified.

Nah...they're just doing research for a more positive society...the betterment of mankind, and extremely limited in scope. All on the books for sure too.

You can get as close to the HAARP installation as you could Area 51.

I never saw I guy make money at the track by betting on the long shot every race. Believing every conspiracy theory is tantamount to the same.

You know...I always bet long shots and throw out the favorites. Better return, and 3:2 shots crap out more often than not.
