Anthony Weiner is Resigning Today (June 16, 2011)

Amazing! It's hard to comprehend that a Republican could win the 9th Congressional from NY, of all places! It must truly be a rebuke of Obama's policies and is prologue to next November's election. Amazing... absolutely amazing!!!

Peter was on when I asked how/why my post was removed but he didn't respond. Hmmmm....

 

I think you guys are finally being held to a higher level or standard of debate and if you have any question about why your posts have been deleted, consult the forum rules. You'll probably figure out why your posts have been deleted. I welcome this change and hope it changes the tone around here for the positive. I also think the real trolls will find that they lose interest and walk away at least until the rules stop being enforced again. Thank you Mods!

 

Oh, I get it! Little moen didn't like having his words repeated back at him so he runs to Peter & has the post removed. Hmmm...I see. Coward (I assume "coward" is okay as it seems to be one that dr moen,phd has made a habit of using).

I watched what Peter did and I know most of what he deleted. Some of it was even at my request. Need I say any more? BTW, I also have copies of several of them. And, yes, I also welcome the changes. It will be such a relief to be able to talk about something without being called every name in the book.

 

It would be better if actual discussions of real topics were involved without the puerile back and forths some want to instigate.

 

So I guess that explains why my post saying I pictured dr moen,phd as someone smoking a pipe & wearing a tweed jacket with suede elbows disappeared too? I thought I had just forgot to hit the "send" button but I guess I hurt dr moen, phd's tender little feelings, huh? I also just noticed that signature lines have been edited. Why would posting something another member said be insulting?

 

Some people will fight tooth and nail to keep the conversation at the lowest level possible because that is where they already reside. Once they realize that they are being forced by the mods to behave like adults they will lose interest and it will be the last we hear of them. Good riddance!

Come on, folks.. let's just take a moment to bask in the glory of a Republican winning NY's 9th. It is soooooooo sweet! I'm extremely happy today and no matter what the juvenile liberals say today, it won't get me in a bad mood.

As far as the Weiner, I read an article that said it was possibly a repudiation of Obama policy...his Israel policy.
