What are you saying? He jumped right on this one.

What part of this question is not clear and succinct?

Why do you guys have to turn every thread into personal attacks? Can't people have different opinions here? There were a lot of people who predicted that Obama was going to socialize things and was going to make people more dependent on aid. Were those people in error? I don't personally think so.

(I got an "A" on my sham of a paper, btw, and completed the course with an "A." Yay me!)

His words and his actions betray him, as does the company he keeps.
As for the benefit when he leaves office? BO is merely a pawn in the far left's attempt at a power grab...the next leftist they install will take what BO has "accomplished" and expand on it.
    Simple & obvious.

    Well,
We obviously do HM but it's how it's done. An opinion is an opinion. I reckon we agree on that.

It's when one starts to state opinions as facts that I will question it. If you go back to post 13 you'll see what I mean and why I asked the question I did.

"......it's all part of the plan."
"he is making progress towards his ultimate goal of having everyone subjected to his benevolent government. It's all about control, man....control."

So I questioned it. Plain and simple. I didn't get an answer so I cajoled.

I never really did get an answer to my question but at least I got a response.

My opinion? David is so far right that even a Conservative or Moderate is far left to him.

Nothing is "simple and obvious". That's my opinion.

The problem with your scenario is that the rest of us conservatives "so far right that even a Conservative or Moderate is far left" all seem to believe the same thing - and said so when BO went in office (with the possible exception of HM because she was not here then). BTW, IMHO, the only thing that has kept him from fully implementing his plans was the Democratic party.

That's your opinion Rlm and you're entitled to it as am I entitled to my opinion.

My opinion on Conservatives on this forum is there are none. I pointed this out not long ago.

Curious, but which part do you consider opinion. Do I need to look up where each of us have stated that we feared BO would increase government control of our lives and businesses?

Maybe it was that the only thing that has kept him from fully implementing his plans was the Democratic party? Funny, but they controlled the legislative and presidency - veto proof / filibuster proof. If every Republican voted against anything the Democrats desired, the Democrats could still pass it and did so at least once.

Since you are so into opinion & asking questions, perhaps you'll indulge me and answer one of mine. Maybe?
Exactly what ,other than my opposition to BO, is so "far right" about my beliefs? I have been labeled as "far right" by a few on this forum yet not a single one has ever been willing or able to to support it.

So, I'll ask again David. How is it you know President Obama's plan and ultimate goal and how will it benefit him when he's no longer President?

So there you have it folks. Question and "answer".
    Read them both carefully please.

    Was my question answered?

Nope. Instead it begs more questions.

Originally, Obama "had a plan and ultimate goal" ...now he is a "pawn". Those are conflicting statements.

Originally, the "plan and ultimate goal" would have allowed for Obama to personally benefit from them after his Presidency ...now the benefit is defined as
    Again, conflicting statements.

    Just my opinion.

Everything here is an opinion rlm. If you want to look it up go for it but why waste your time?
I do see one word that ties so many together though. It is "fear"

How have things changed for you since President Barack Obama has been our President? Specifically your life and business?

Maybe it was. There have been many times when I have thought the Democrats just basically had no balls.

It was a fear but now is a reality.

Regardless, it remains a fact that we had that opinion. And unless you can come up any kind of a way the Republicans could have prevented the Democrats from enacting any thing they so chose, it is also a fact that could have reigned BO's power in.
