It's from witness statements, including the cops, meaning your comment is idiotic. You do realize that I could say the same thing about your c&p articles themselves, including the polls...as in 'you were not there and can't personally verify the information'? If you want, I'll do that for every one of your posts, and I will if you continue to make such idiotic comments. Now, to restate my posts for you, so that you have something to actually argue against... In the first incident, with the nude dude, the guy was killed next to a police department. IMO, the cop had little reason to use lethal force since he had backup a few feet away. By holding on to the guy, he would have likely taken some damage, sure, but backup was seconds away and cops are trained in hand-to-hand combat so the damage was likely to be minimal. In the second incident, the order to "Put your hand up!" and the shot from the cop's gun were simultaneous. The witness in the back seat was an officer herself! It's her statement, and it isn't being challenged by anyone except idiots on forums like this one.
OK. As long as it's your opinion. The way you were talking, you made it seem as if you witnessed the incident. Thank you for clearing that up, Parrot.
Actually, I was there. Look outside, I'm there too. I was also at Lincoln's assassination. The bastard got brains all over my whore's petticoat! How inconsiderate! But please, continue the idiocy, Vagina.
Ohhhhh, you want me to be more like yourself. I take it you're lonely. I can grock that. By all means then, carry on.
Hmmmmm.... more evidence is still coming in on this case. What's everyone's opinion about the evidence showing Zimmerman was viciously assaulted that night? View attachment 950 http://www.foxnews.com/us/2012/12/0...d-george-zimmerman-from-night-trayvon-martin/
He shouldn't have pissed his wife off? He's not exactly beaten and bloody either. I've cut myself worse than that shaving.
What do you use for a razor? Someone or something hit that nose awfully hard to flatten it that much.
I saw FOX defending Zimmerman again this morning, by showing a color photo of his bloody face and arguing that the prosecution withheld it from the defense. That is a lie, of course, but idiotic people who believe FOX is right and reality is wrong are not going to listen to reason anyway, so they can get bent. The adults in the room here (me ) will, once again, point out that Martin had the right to stand his ground under the law, whereas Zimmerman did not. It was the act of chasing Martin that nullifies Zimmerman's defense. A 17 year old black kid being chased by a "white" man has every right to stand his ground under the law in Florida. (puts on Samuel L Jackson cloths) Feed the (blankety blanking) turtle, (blankety blankers)! (takes off cloths) Now I'm naked again. (sees people staring) What? It's cold! (sees them start to giggle) Oh, you really don't want me to put those cloths back on....you really, really don't...
It's as if they don't have original ideas. They just repeat, parrot and reiterate the same crap over and over again.
You're wrong when you refer to him as a murderer. Zimmerman committed homicide, not murder. Now, whether or not the homicide is justifiable has yet to be determined. homicide The killing of one human being by another human being.Although the term homicide is sometimes used synonymously with murder, homicide is broader in scope than murder. Murder is a form of criminal homicide; other forms of homicide might not constitute criminal acts. These homicides are regarded as justified or excusable. For example, individuals may, in a necessary act of Self-Defense, kill a person who threatens them with death or serious injury, or they may be commanded or authorized by law to kill a person who is a member of an enemy force or who has committed a serious crime. Typically, the circumstances surrounding a killing determine whether it is criminal. The intent of the killer usually determines whether a criminal homicide is classified as murder or Manslaughter and at what degree. http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/homicide
Why would the prosecution withhold evidence in this case? Not only was it against the rules for discovery, but now it calls into question their entire case. What did the prosecution possibly hope to gain by not turning over the evidence to the defense? Lawyer for George Zimmerman 'frustrated' at prosecutors' withholding of graphic photo The attorney for George Zimmerman said he is "frustrated" that prosecutors withheld a color photo of the Florida gunman that could bolster his case that Zimmerman was being beaten when he shot Trayvon Martin. The graphic photo of Zimmerman, taken the night of his fateful confrontation with Florida teen Trayvon Martin, shows the accused murderer with a bloody face. Zimmerman’s legal team released the photo, which was taken by police, after prosecutors substituted it in for a black and white photocopy that had been submitted earlier. "I get frustrated when certain evidence gets out and other evidence is withheld," said Mark O'Mara, attorney for Zimmerman, 29, who faces murder charges in the Feb. 26 death of Martin, 17. "The photo is not a game-changer, but it is significant. "If I had had that picture in my hand on April 11 ...," he said, referring to the date when Zimmerman was charged with second-degree murder. Florida rules governing discovery require that original photos be submitted [emphasis mine], but O'Mara says that the discovery phase has been rife with issues. Hey, that's that guy who slept with other women, and then kept complaining (to the audience during his act) that his ex received alimony she didn't deserve. You know, a "douche".
