Referring to the prosecution's audio expert, the judge has prohibited testimony focusing on the audio technology in the Zimmerman trial stating, "

There is no evidence to establish that their scientific techniques have been tested and found reliable."​

So, the jury will never hear the recordings. If the audio techniques are unreliable, as the judge has stated, it's good that the testimony won't be presented. However this case ends, let justice prevail.​

The reminder is for many reasons:

One: This was my first post on the subject in this thread.

Two: It was before much information was released.

Three: It was my opinion of what likely happened.

Four: Information released later on verified my initial assumptions, as disclosed in my original opinion.

Five: republicans, here and elsewhere, defend Zimmerman because they want to also be able to shoot whomever they wish to and claim self-defense in a court of law.

Six: republicans, here and elsewhere are hypocrites.

Seven: republicans here do not want me to post my opinions on what happened the night of the incident.

Eight: republicans, here and elsewhere, have no problem giving their own opinions in order to claim the Democrats, and Obama in particular, are guilty of this crime or that, whether evidence of guilt or innocence exists or not.

Nine: republicans, here and elsewhere, disregard evidence that indicates a Democrat's innocence because they suck at telling the truth, to themselves and to others.

Ten: republicans lie so much they believe themselves.

Eleven: republicans suck.

Twelve: republicans are bad for this country.

Thirteen: republicans are bad for the World.

Fourteen: republicans deserve no honor, no respect, no sympathy, no compassion, except for the fact that they are people. As such, they must be cared for, much as you would a child.

Fifteen: Since most republicans are adults, but are like children mentally, and are wrecking havoc on all manner of systems in America, it's in America's best interests to "spank" the hell out of them every voting season until they are no longer capable of damaging our systems of government.

Anyone can go back and read this entire thread and see that the liberals on this forum have already tried and convicted Zimmerman. One even sentenced him already. On the other hand, the conservatives on this forum have expressed their desire for a fair trial and then to let the chips fall where they may. I don't believe any conservative on here has stated whether they think Zimmerman is guilty or not. But, the liberals are certainly quick to give their stilted opinions. Really, outside of the courtroom or perhaps only Zimmerman himself, how the hell can anyone know what actually happened? Perhaps Zimmerman may have hunted this man down, confronted him and killed him in cold blood, but to say so and to convict him in the court of public opinion without any proof makes one a complete and utter imbecile. There are plenty of complete and utter imbeciles on the left, so this doesn't surprise me.

Watch. More lefty, liberal, loony imbeciles will reiterate their faulty conclusions that Zimmerman is guilty before being found guilty (or not guilty as the case may be) in a court of law.

Martin had the right to stand his ground against someone who was pursuing him. Zimmerman, being the pursuer, cannot make the same claim.

I've believed in the principles of "standing your ground" all my life.

Chasing someone, whereby you are initiating contact, is NOT "standing your ground", it is "assault". Shooting someone, whereby the person later dies, is "murder".

Twenty-Seven: republicans support murder.

I don't agree with how the state is presenting much of the evidence. The scream for help is one that is being fought over. I have no doubt that the voice is in fact Zimmerman's, and not Martins. The state claims otherwise, which is a mistake, IMO.

Zimmerman was getting beaten, as I initially claimed (and subsequently proven correct about). That is not enough to claim "standing your ground" though, since he also admits to pursuing Martin. Martin was completely withing his rights to "stand his ground" against the larger man, and defended himself, causing Zimmerman's injuries. Zimmerman brought a gun with him and murdered Martin.

If the state finds Zimmerman not guilty, then anyone can go out and pick a fight with anyone else, shoot the person, and claim self-defense...which is utter bs. If you really really want that to happen, I suggest you invest heavily in whatever company produces body-bags, funeral homes, grave-plots, etc.

According to the Florida law, if Martin was in fear of injury or worse, he had the right to shoot Martin.

Great idea. Why don't you go pick a fight with someone. I would rate it about 50/50 your opponent would be the one in fear and blow your head off. But then, I guess logic is not your strong suit.
