Appearances can be deceiving... especially to those prone to a lack of perception. The (general?) next to Obama, the man apparently using a computer, is a subordinate to the president... and is likely responsible for displaying visuals provided by the strike team to the president. That the president himself isn't operating the laptop is understandable to those who are not idiots.

 

This photo doesn't show Obama killing anyone! But, the Lefties are always saying that Obama killed Osama. I just don't see it.

 

The picture is great. It shows the muslim world a humble Obama, with the war like general to bear the most hatred.
The picture is great. It shows a very femine emotional Hillary which will soften the effect when she has to deal with the Muslim world.
The picture is great for it is banked on for helping Obama win the foriegn policy debate on who will protect the nation better. He won it last time saying he would make friends and he will win it this time for all the killings.

He may be a subordinate based on their particular job titles but it is obvious who is control here....just a hint, it sure ain't the guy cowering at the general's right.

One things for sure, the General is the only one working. Of course, I guess he could be checking his Facebook or Tweeting. So maybe not. I do feel confident in saying that the Secret Service are probably in the room next door surfing porn.

 

I will say one thing, I would have expected all of them to be in a bigger room with better seating, but the reality is Hollywood created some of that expectation, and despite my knowledge otherwise, I too think they could have done better... especially if it was for propaganda purposes. Think, large, darkened room, large round table, Obama at the center in a commanding position, subordinates to the sides... now that would be good and proper propaganda pic lol

I look at it (without the picture) as Obama giving the order as Commander In Chief. Then the people hired to do the job do it.

I think the picture will go down in history as an iconic photograph. I think that all of the partisan nonsense of today will be long forgotten and the picture will be considered one of the more memorable moments in this country. Regardless of what the RW'ers want to say today in the moment, history will simply forget them. After all there is no picture of their excessive hatred to remember. Let them have their moment.
The phrase Mission Accomplished comes to mind for more than one reason....for some reason. Perhaps that should be the title of the photograph?
