Did you clowns exhibit the same level of outrage at the flea baggers or Black Lives Matter protests? Or are you just being played by the left?

 

Stop making excuses for these Right-wing terrorists. They are guilty of breaking and entering, threatening federal authorities with guns, and the facility was closed for the holidays not abandoned idiot. The last time a group of black people did the same thing, the police leveled a city black and killed all of them. This situation seems much, much easier to resolve.

Yes, I work hard every day, raise a family, been married for over 30 years to the same person, pay my taxes, give to charity, help my neighbors, and after getting away with all of that, I still have time for all those communist activities.

Here's an idea, stop worrying about me and start worrying about the nuts you support. You can't do anything about me but you can hold those you do support accountable for their failures.

 

Is it even constitutional that government has been buying up so much land in recent decades that ranchers, and the rest of us can't even keep up with it? Government should not even be allowed to basically confiscate this much territory, period!

Regarding this situation, neither side is handling it well. The rancher and his son did their time. Ordering them back to prison is double jeopardy, which is unconstitutional, but starting a fight with the bureaucracy is dangerous. I would suggest trying to challenge it legally or politically.

 

It's not double jeopardy. That is when someone is tried twice for the same crime after being found innocent in the first trial. The Hammonds, who are not part of this takeover and have disavowed any connection with the terrorists, are the victims of federal minimum standard sentences. They didn't serve the minimum sentences for their crimes. I have yet to hear one conservative complain about federal minimum sencing laws when they are applied to inner cities but once some lawbreaking white guy get the same treatment, they start calling it double jeopardy. Go figure.
