I'll put it in clear terms, for people who can't seem to grasp the concept. When found guilty, does the document go to prison? Does the office? Or does a PERSON go to prison?

True, a lot of time the answer is that a fine is imposed, but that fine is imposed because a PERSON in an office wrote the incriminating document. Other times, nothing and no one sees a prison sentence, and that's due to the exclusions granted to their office and themselves despite the documents proving that they, the people who wrote the incriminating documents, should be in prison for their crimes. THAT is immunity from prosecution.

To argue that a politician is NOT immune from prosecution is ridiculous, especially since Bush Jr., and multiple people in his administration, never even came CLOSE to being prosecuted because of immunity granted to them AND their office AND the documents created by THEM.
