You're just as thick as he is . . . my intent was to draw a contrast between the reasonable expectation of goodwill for Indians having assimilated into American society, and the refusal of Muslims to assimilate in exchange for the same goodwill. This particular case is most unfortunate, and certainly isolated, in comparison to the mass attacks at the hands of Islamic extremists who the Muslim community fails to expose.
