He's not wrong. Trump blew the first debate by attacking Biden before he could get a word out of his mouth. Joe is the dumbest presidential candidate since Gerald Ford, and Ford was much brighter than Joe is. You might have to go back to Warren G. Harding to find a presidential candidate who was as dumb is Joe is. At least Harding "looked like a president" was the excuse that some had for him. On another blog some of Trump’s supporters call him "an attack dog." That's accurate. Trouble is he's too much of an attack dog. My suggestion is for the "attack dog" to lap up some water and perhaps eat a little kibble while Biden is speaking. Stupid Biden will provide plenty of red meat on his own with a totally stupid statement. Maybe Biden will say that the minimum wage should be $15,000 an hour, or he’s in Toledo, Ohio when he’s in Miami Beach, or that “he's running for the Senate as a proud Democrat.” At least he got the “Democrat” part right. Older memories are the last to go. Then it will be the time for the "attack dog" to put the dim wit away. Of course, it might not do much good. Most Biden supporters are robots who would vote for anyone other than Trump, or programmed college students who think that socialism is cool and that advocating for it shows how smart and well-educated they are. The concept of looking at both sides of a political issue is beyond the mental capacity of most college students.
The yokel class of rubes needs to have issues dumbed down to the simplest sound bites possible....and frankly, so does Trump. If you think Grassley is embarrassing, check this out without the cards in his hands.
