I 100% agreed with Kim and Putin being #1 & 2 on most hated rankings, easy to understand as both are horrible dictators and wanted "war criminals" by ICC in De Hague.
I forgot Khameini, he was at -34 which is bad, and he just ordered 30-50K murdered in recent protests.
My biggest surprise was Merz at -1, to me he should be up there with Zelenskyy, he is so much better then Scholz.
Carney, I hate to say it as a Conservative, but he is a breath of fresh air, compared to Justin Trudeau's communist rule from 2015-25. He got rid of the hated "carbon tax", stole a lot of Polievres policies, after winning the election. Of course Carneys bid for stupidity, was in 2012, while he headed the Bank of Canada, under PM Stephen Harper, sold all of Canada's gold reserves. Not bright, when gold is at $5200US an oz. Macron, has his short comings, but he always stood with Ukraine.
