(I though I'd start a thread on the current state of Afghanistan. Since so much is going on there this initial post will not be very thorough. In the future I plan on adding info as I find it, and ask others to share anything they find relevant too.) That was nearly 10 years ago and the war shows no signs of ending. We've given them a decade. Time to leave and let them at it. Just keep the satellites and missiles trained on them to 'observe' their progress.
