It looks absolutely ridiculous. As if no one taught these people how to wear clothes. Whether it warrants some sort of legal punishment is debatable. However I think that if you sag your pants at a job or an interview you should be kicked out. It is simply asinine to look like a knuckledragger when you are supposed to present yourself with class. In addition any classy clubs or places with a lot of children it shouldn't be allowed. Wear your damn clothes, we don't care about your crusty boxers with swamp balls. The last thing we need is an even bigger number of young ones wearing clothes like that. This is all a result of a bunch of people emulating some hip hop star. Sheeple.
