We need a radical revision of how we and the rest of the world deals with terrorism.
And the problem comes right back to the economy and national security. We know that the Saudi's are the ones financing these attacks. They instigate it for their own gain but we are so dependent on their oil, we have to turn the other cheek.
When I speak of "we" I mean "we" as in free nations.
