Yisrayl Hawkins: The day self-proclaimed prophet Yisrayl "Buffalo Bill" Hawkins predicted there would be a worldwide nuclear holocaust has come and gone -- without event -- in June 2008. Members of Hawkins' House of Yahweh sect prepared for doomsday by stockpiling food and water on the group's 44-acre ranch in Abilene, Texas. But the 73-year-old former policeman now must deal with more pressing matters than nuclear war: He faces charges of officiating polygamous weddings for his followers, charges to which he has pled not guilty
David Koresh: When the inferno finally died down at the Branch Davidian compound outside Waco, Texas, David Koresh and nearly 80 followers of the self-professed messiah lay dead. It was the culmination of a 51-day stand-off in May 1993 between Koresh's cult and the FBI. Koresh had been under investigation for physically and sexually abusing children and stockpiling illegal weapons.
Jose de Jesus: Is Jesus alive and living well in a Houston suburb? Followers of Jose de Jesus say he is. The Puerto Rico-born "Jesus of Suburbia" claims to be the Second Coming of Christ and the Antichrist all in one because, in his theology, he says the Antichrist is not an evil being. De Jesus claims followers in more than 30 countries around the world, and his most ardent adherents show their devotion by inking themselves with a "666" tattoo
Sabbatai Sevi: The mystical messiah of the 17th century was born in Turkey, but his influence spread across the entire Jewish world after he declared himself to be God. He caused such a stir that he was imprisoned by the sultan of the Ottoman Empire. Upon threat of death, Sevi converted to Islam -- disappointing his legions of loyal followers.
Isaiah - Reputedly hangs out in various online forums, spouting off about the end of the world and how he knows this is rather anybody's guess, butt he predicts the world is going to end on December 30th 2012 - based on some Mayan calendar or something. Problem is, fools couldn't even predict their own end at the hands of the Spanish conquistadors, how the heck are they going to predict the rest of our ends?
Sorry I look nothing like that. So I'm a future Charles Manson of America? Interesting. Thanks he's my hero.
Interesting thing about America , you could probably get arrested talking like that.Certainly go on the watched list , but then most nutjobs are on the list anyway id think
I won't edit my post, but I shall reword it- Charles Manson was not an evil, cold blooded killer, he was insane. He felt like he was doing society a favor, that's what I like about him. P.S he's eligible for parole soon.
Oh heck yeah , they can do just about whatever they like here thesedays , pull an ip address from the isp provider with ease, then its phone tappin time and the MIB..ya know what im saying , paranoid country like this? You bet
Jan 20th 2009 is the day I dread. The world won't end but it will be the beginning of our descent into a Socialist nanny state. The people that were duped into voting for him based on his promises of handouts & free rides will be there demanding he deliver on those promises. Just wait until some of the people that were exepcting to be on the receiving end suddenly find out they're are going to be called on to give. Should prove to be very interesting.
Who says I'm a Republican? I choose to support the candidate that thinks the most like I think- I don't care what party they're from. I also try to choose the candidate that I feel has the countries best interest at heart rather than his own agenda.
, Now I know Scottish hit you pretty hard here dude but the above statement about Charles Manson being your hero is beyond stupid. Whether or not you actually agree with it it is beyond stupid but since you brought it up that he's your hero would you care to share the reasons why with the class? I'll give some points for you to address if you think you can. 1) How would his being released benefit society as a whole? 2) Why would he even be considered being released from the "hole"? 3) What good did he do for society (or anyone) before he was thrown in the "hole"? 4) If he were to address a class of 6th graders, for example, what could he teach them that would be meaningful. I enjoy your posts for the most part . I get some real good laughs. At some point however, bilge water pouring out of ones mouth becomes tiresome. So do us all a favor. Answer this question and maybe start another attention seeking thread. I'm sure you have something that you feel is really clever up your sleeve.
Okay. It's not bilge water at all. Everything that I state, I believe. He was not as evil as many make him out to be. If he were to be released, I think that it could have a huge benefit to society. He could be proven to be an innocent working class American, just like the rest of us. He stated in many interviews that all he wanted to do was "do society a favor". People need to realize his innocence and good intentions behind his murders. Secondly he could continue to pursue his love of music. He has made three albums behind bars, but it's obvious that he wishes to create more. He helped his "family" to find a purpose in life in the 60's. He was wonderful to them. I am afraid that there is no satisfying answer to the 4th concern though. Thank you. I hope this helps your understanding.
You have to stop encouraging this guy/girl. Obviously it's all a big joke just to see how idiotic a post he/she can make.
HE secondly, everything I post, I sincerely believe. i swear on the holy bible that that is true. ~Isaiah
Since there's no way of proving anything to you closed minded conservatives, why bother? Just because you have no intuition, not my problem any more. Good day.
For starters Ole Charlie never really did kill anyone that we know of did he? He ordered murders be carried out and the "family" that he so loved now rots in jail. Squeeky got out though and attemped to kill a President. If anyone was "innocent" it was the members of the "family". Who gives a rat's butt about his musical career? Lot's of musicians fail as do people in other walks of life. Can he audition for American Idol in a cell. Wouldn't surprise me actually. Might be great for the ratings. Your lack of a satisfying answer to the fourth point speaks volumes. He could teach NOTHING to any kid. Those kids are our future. Your whole reasonning basically justifies murder I'm afraid. A guy blows off an innocents head with a gun and claims it was for society and it's ok. Sheesh! Any cold blooded killer could use that defense. Should we release all cold blooded killers because they may contribute to society? Fine. Put them on an island and you and Yoko can be their buddies. Should have fried his useless hide years ago.
